I’ve loved chilis since I was young. Ever since I moved states and have gone to this location we wait for nearly 20 minutes before a server even speaks to us. Tonight we came in and sat for nearly 30 minutes without anyone talking to us. We only waited so long because we really wanted the chips and salsa. Finally got up and left. Horrible service. Where are your employees???? Why does this happen every time???

They need more servers. They have plenty of available tables. Just no staff to serve all of the customers. Our server was fabulous. The food was nothing special. It was just ok. The express martini was delicious. The martini would be the only reason to return.

Cold had to leave our coats on! Waitress was rude to my mom and then proceeded to tell us rudely she was paying our bill. We left right away. I didn't come in for free feed, she can have it . Refuse to be back

Tried their 3 for me deal with a friend, and it was definitely worth it. I got chips and salsa, a huge burger, fries, and a drink for $10.99. That's a great deal, and I recommend it. I would have given it 5 stars, but I reserve that for absolutely amazing places.

Place was warm on a cold evening. Food quality was good. Food was cooked well. Food choices could of used a bigger variety.
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome. Family friendly.
This was just bad. Our chips were mostly crumbs. The chicken fajitas were definitely not sizzling. They looked and tasted as if they had been boiled, and had a mushy processed chicken texture. Apparently it changes depending on the day? I didn't try the chicken fingers but the fries tasted old? Like either freezer burn or refried. Again almost gummy like. Unsurprisingly the octogenarians liked it. Service was attentive, I didn't complain to the floor manager because they weren't for once. Don't rock the boat. But it was cold too, I could feel the draft even though we were in the center of the restaurant, not near the windows or doors. It was packed, but a hard pass for anything besides drinks at the bar.

Very yummy food! Our server was Drew, and he did an amazing job! Food came out hot and fresh! We went to an chili's grill and bar in grand rapids, an it was a ⭐️⭐️ for the food and service.... so this location was way better!
