This woman named Deserae made my experience at Chilis one of the best experiences I ever had at any other restaurant if it wasn't her I probably wouldn't of enjoyed it as much as she made it

Food is great, only thing is my Texas fries came without ranch and i had to ask for it, and also it had little jalapenos . When i ordered crispy chicken 4 piece it came with the wrong sauces. Overall service and food is great. Servers are really nice and helpful .

Horrible experience!!!! even as a door dash order the Texas fries were old and not fresh the jalapeños even looked old the fries was cold, even though they’re nine minutes from the hotel, the Caesar salad did not come with Caesar the croutons were soft and mushy makes you wonder how they prepare the food in person would never recommend this place.

Thank you Chilis, and as far as food goes, I recommend their Chicken Crispers & a Margarita!!
Megan, with the long dark brown hair and piercings, gave me the best service I’ve ever had not only at Chili’s but out of probably anywhere I’ve gone. It’s nice to see hospitality is alive and well. Thanks Megan.
