This is the 4th time in a row I have gone to Chipotle and they are out of practically everything. Hard to make a rice bowl with no rice and practically no meat left. You can forget trying to order guacamole or chips. And if you wanted cheese, they are out of that too. The place is a bodega! And the counter where food is being prepped is absolutely disgusting. Food literally on every service. I have been a huge fan of Chipotle for 15+ years and I have never had this issue until the last couple of months. Portage location…get it together. Clearly something isn working. Unfortunately, Chipotle is officially off my list. I will never visit this location again. Tired of being disappointed every single time.

Not good, carne asada cannot be chewed through. Lettuce was drowning in water. Got charged extra for a sad and lumpy portion of queso. I’m finally done with this place.

Not greeted when walked in or when ordered our food. The place is absolutely filthy. Floors need to be swept and mopped along with the walls. The tables in the entire restaurant all were dirty with crumbs stuff spilled on them. No ice in ice machine had to ask and they seemed annoyed we asked for ice and had to fill it. Drink/napkin/silverware counter disgusting trash all over. The counter by the register full of crumbs that is something you can easily wipe down between customers or when a rush ends. Lots of people working just standing in the back area, someone could be out doing trash. Another wiping down the tables and counters. Seems no one had any direction on what they needed to be doing. Just standing and chatting dishes piled up dripping all over floor and back counter area. Cleanliness is a huge issue at this location. Take pride in your work. Needs to be reported to health department. Didn’t finish food too grossed out. Need better leadership and direction for associates working. No reason for that place to look like that when we just were under a winter storm warning earlier today and day before when it was probably very slow. Send a District Manager or regional manager in. This location needs some help along with consistent follow up.

No consistency in amount of food given in online orders. Will be out of items but not tell you when picking up orders.
Filthy. Garbage overflowing. No ice, drink canisters empty, service counters full of food remnants, and empty food bins all over the counter. Will not be back.

I’ve gone to this location twice in the last 1-2 months and the ice machine has been out both times. They were out of fajita veggies, black beans, and queso. The guac was all brown like it had been sitting out for way too long. And the chips were soggy and/or stale. Every time I stop in to this location specifically, I’m disappointed. The two employees did the best they could, but they’re clearly understaffed and/or under-managed.

AVOID! Hate to write this review but….this was by far the most filthy chipotle I’ve been to, heck, this was the most filthy restaurant period. The line was covered all the way from the tortilla press to the cash register in food. When ordering I asked how are you, there was a pause and the employee said “what would you like” and then started laughing. As we made our way down the line the food was disturbing. Everything mixed in together. Half way down they started dumping hot water in the hot well and it splashed into the food. The lettuce was sitting is over an inch of water…already disturbed, I get to the register and it’s also covered in food. I look to the employee and I say, “your line is a mess” and he responds “yeah I know” and proceeded to do nothing about it. Every table was dirty, the floor was littered with food. The utensil area was trashed. The decor was dropping clumps of dust over our heads. The trash was over flowing. The manager was on break and talking with an employee using profanity right next to us while eating. Why were they on break while the store is so filthy. They were sitting directly next to the over flowing trash and clearly did not care. There was so much wrong here that it’s clear they need to clean house of anyone in charge. The build up of filth was not just from a busy dinner rush, it’s from months of neglect. Could not finish my food. I choose chipotle on the road because it’s a decent option compared to other fast food. Would never revisit this location.

Unacceptable experience. I’ve been to many chipotle spots and this was terrible. No napkins. No veggie for my bowl. No ice so we had warm soda. All over 40$ we wanted steak and there was none. What a poor excuse. Barely put any queso on my bowl when asked. We won’t be returning

Enjoyed. Were out of white rice. Said they would have more in 10 minutes. Used rice they had available. Burrito was fine. Recommend chips, guacamole & queso cheese
UPDATE: About 7pm, many items out. Last nite, out of rice (not making more) out of chips & other stuff. Got a bowl of beans, meat, hot sauce. 🥴

For the last week every day I have gone to the restaurant. They have had a sign telling people if they wanted to use cash it had to be exact amount or they needed to use a credit card. We have cash in this country for a reason and some of us don’t want to use credit cards and we believe if you’re going to run a business ,cash is king. This is the same restaurant. I went to a couple of weeks ago when they closed for the day because they didn’t have their computer working. I have been in there dozens of times and they never have anyone out on the floor, cleaning the tables or dumping the garbage, probably because they’re understaffed. When things are right, the quality of the food is good, but I have The chicken to be burned and often times they don’t have all of the product on the floor and you have to wait or come back at a different time. When they get it figured out, I’ll consider coming back again.

I will NEVER go to this location again. We should’ve walked out when we saw how nasty it was in there. Nothing about this place is sanitary. The prep area was vile. Employees were not careful, and cross contamination 110% exists here. Was up all night with food poisoning, and my friend also got it who ate there with me. I love Chipotle, but I’ve honestly never been to one this gross. Wouldn’t be surprised if the health department shut them down… it’s that bad in there.
