I will NEVER go to this location again. We should’ve walked out when we saw how nasty it was in there. Nothing about this place is sanitary. The prep area was vile. Employees were not careful, and cross contamination 110% exists here. Was up all night with food poisoning, and my friend also got it who ate there with me. I love Chipotle, but I’ve honestly never been to one this gross. Wouldn’t be surprised if the health department shut them down… it’s that bad in there.

Unfortunately this particular Chipotle on this particular day, the chicken was WAY too salty!!! Hopefully, this was just an isolated issue and not a systemic problem at this location. I will try again another time to see if it's better.

The quality has gone down drastically while the cost continues to rise. We have stopped going as much as we were because the store is pretty dirty and they are regularly out of items.

This location is constantly having problems. Either they are out of everything four hours before they close and they say they won’t make any more or they’re closing hours before their signage says they will. I have given them so many chances and there is always a problem when I go. Go to any other chipotle if you want to eat.

Starting to notice the trend from previous reviews. They up the prices but smaller portions of food. This also happen to us a few times. This time the guy in front of us had to ask three times for more rice. The guy waiting on me asked me a couple if he should add more. Paid $15 for a kids portion meal I feel like. Usually I can get two meals out of this. West main one at least fills to the lid. Disappointed

Avoid this place if you can. Overall, Chipotle is a brand in decline due to their desire to maximize their margins at the cost of food quality and portions, but this location is especially bad. It doesn’t matter if you go in and watch them put your bowl together, order it ahead, or (heaven forbid) get delivery — your order will not be correct. It will be half full, you will get little to no protein despite the premium cost, your guac will be brown (every time!), your chips will be stale, and you will wonder how this is legal.

No one at this location will answer the phone when you attempt to call in good faith, and any guise of the “owner” responding to these comments is laughable. Whoever franchises this particular location (or whatever business model they currently use) is absent, and doesn’t care about anything other than milking this sad excuse of an establishment.

This place is horrible, the dining area felt like I was eating inside of a warehouse. The worker taking my order was very rude and unprofessional and mansplained to me how to order my food. The Pico was heavily salted that it tasted like a whole bottle of soy sauce was dumped in my food and had enough sodium to give me hypertension and go into cardiac arrest. Never returning to this establishment again.

Upon arriving I wasn’t greeted and I was the only customer there. Nothing too interesting happened during the food preparation. Staff was meh, but it was expected honestly from my entry. I got 2 burritos and a bowl with my two older children. We sat in the car outside Aldi to eat before shopping and as we were eating through the burrito we noticed a crunch, but it was overwhelming because it was UNCOOKED rice. I laughed a little a said to my kids “ I’m gonna call to just let them know they are serving uncooked rice”. Did that .. the prompts took FOREVER to get me connected to the actual store, and once I was I kindly informed the employee that the rice was not completely cooked. She immediately caught the nastiest attitude with me asking me” what I wanted her to do about it” i was stunned lol literally as I was only hoping to be informative. I ended up saying that but a little snobby I won’t lie .. and she just hung up! I called back to speak to a manager because the problem still wasn’t resolved lbvs the rice was still uncooked! And at this point I wanted my money back for the inability to eat my meal and for downright unnecessary disrespect from the employee. I personally wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle! As it’s not my first poor experience. And then! They want to push a buy one get one coupon instead of a refund by saying it will take x amount of days! I paid 50 dollars for myself and children to enjoy lunch and we could not do that! I would like my money back! As anyone would!

Another botched mobile order from this location. Reading comprehension must be an issue as we have had multiple instances of mobile orders missing ingredients or skimping on ingredients. If you go in at least you can watch them make it and make sure they do what is asked. Very frustrating.
