I'm so glad to have a Culver's location here in Portage, and the one on South Westnedge is a standout. My visit today was fantastic, starting the moment I pulled into the drive-thru line. The team member on the speaker was incredibly friendly and took my rather large order with a genuine upbeat tone, which made the experience feel smooth and personal. I was getting two Double Deluxe meals and a Family-Size Fries to treat my four-legged family members. The food came out...

Our food was cold because the counter gave us the wrong number so they walked around with our food for 10 minutes before they figured out they made a mistake. The floor had melted custard under two of the tables and many tables needed cleaning. Not what we no normally expect from Culver's.

The Culver's crew has done it again! My husband and I had a lovely dinner. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the tables despite it being during the dinner rush. Our cashier and desert specialist were efficient and very polite. Our food was excellent, just as we expected. Thanks for having us!
