Culver's is my go to if picking up and not eating at home. The food is always what I expect. Overall happy with service though sometimes the service is a little on the slower side. I understand they are normally busy so I give some grace with that.

I'm so glad to have a Culver's location here in Portage, and the one on South Westnedge is a standout. My visit today was fantastic, starting the moment I pulled into the drive-thru line. The team member on the speaker was incredibly friendly and took my rather large order with a genuine upbeat tone, which made the experience feel smooth and personal. I was getting two Double Deluxe meals and a Family-Size Fries to treat my four-legged family members. The food came out...

Our food was cold because the counter gave us the wrong number so they walked around with our food for 10 minutes before they figured out they made a mistake. The floor had melted custard under two of the tables and many tables needed cleaning. Not what we no normally expect from Culver's.
