Pay cash if you go here, don’t use your card. You have been warned.

I appreciate the good food, kind customer service & the nostalgia dairy Queen brings to my local city. Olive burger is always on point accompanied by a delicious blizzard nothing better.

Glad to still have a DQ in the area. Love the drive thru option. Typically younger (HS/college) workers, but they all do great job getting orders right.

I stopped at this Dairy Queen to order some ice cream and I didn’t realize that there was a speaker at the drive-through window. There was nobody behind me in line. I got up to the window and the young girl that saw me there said you skipped the speaker and I said oh I’m sorry. She said that’s annoying. She said just don’t do it again. I then left and called and asked to speak to the manager, the manager said that he agreed that it was annoying. I do admit that skipping the speaker might’ve been inconvenient if there was somebody behind me, but it was just a mistake. I am a customer as well. This was extremely rude, and I can’t believe that they allowed this type of service at this place. I will never ever go there again

Haven't been the day Queen in years. Decided I'd stop off, get a burger, some fries and a shake soon as I asked to substitute my drink for a shake. The lady doing the order gave me an attitude. Completely ignored the rest of my order. And then waited for 20 minutes just to get my fries. My burger and my shake and the burger was cold throughout the entire center. How does it take that long to serve cold food?. I wouldn't be on here leaving a review. It's the lady at the window wasn't rude. I would have been okay with the cold food but bad service and bad food do better.

Having a DQ near my job has been an experience. Bad day? Why not get ice cream on my lunch break? I feel like I have become somewhat acquainted with this place and I have never been unhappy with my experience there. Everything tastes good always and I have seen them operate under many different conditions. They are also very nice at the window and have some cute outdoor seating spots!

Absolutely love the friendly staff here, along with the traditional feeling of walking up to the window ordering and getting your ice cream. Love Dairy Queen, but especially this location!! Good Job DQ!

Line never moved. I went on a Saturday and had 3 or 4 cars in front of me sat for probably 5 minutes, and no one had moved, so I figured they were a little too overwhelmed. I know it’s tough to find good staff. 😞

No smiles served here. Go to Culver's around the corner.

Requested sprinkles on a cone at the drive thru, got to the window and saw that it didn't have sprinkles. I asked if sprinkles could be added and the drive thru attendant rolled her eyes and audibly groaned then forcefully put the cone to the side (bottom of the cone was crushed when she handed it back). I explained that it was part of my order and I apologized to her if it was not heard. She was very aggressive afterward, thrusting the rest of the items at me through the window.

I honestly figured she was having a terrible day as working in the service industry is not what it used to be. While grabbing a $5 dollar bill to tip her and make an attempt at improving her day, I asked her to hang on for a second and she SLAMMED the window and turned her back to me. My kids got to watch all of this behavior. We just wanted some ice cream to perk us up, as we were coming from a funeral.

There are a LOT of other options in the area that have better service, even mediocre would have been preferred.
