This place is digusting. Rude employees. I watched a guy smoke a cigarette outside then come straight inside to make my drink. No hand washing at all. They always forget your order. You’ll have to repeat your order 10 times and it’s still wrong. Random days they are just closed with a handwritten sign in the window saying we are closed. Always out of donuts on the weekends. This place needs to be shut down. I can’t believe the health department hasn’t closed them. After realizing it was dunkin causing my family to have food poising multiple times, we haven’t been back since.

Wow...it's so bad. Today I used the mobile app to order a coffee, arrived at the store and it was locked and nobody was inside. This was at 12pm!
Other issues: on the go orders are never (ever!) ready when i get there. They act like they don't even know the mobile app even exists. A few times the person at the window told me "I don't know how to pull those orders up, can you just tell me what you ordered?". Coffees are never made consistently probably due to the high employee turnover. I've honestly never been there and seen the same people two times in a row.
I have decided to stop going here and I would recommend you do to.

2 breakfast sandwiches cost $14.61. They were out of sausage completely, so the guy charged us double meat for both. Then double cheese. Then didnt make the sandwiches correctly at all. Then asked the worker if "he felt like making them again".
The manager, who was taking the order, then asked if I just wanted to go and get a refund. Well, no I dont want to go, I'm here with my son at 730 in the morning to get something to eat at your place.
Then he said he couldn't refund my card. Why not? Who knows, but I'm going to go with inherent intelligence. Then he proceeds to give me back 10 bucks. Not 14.
He asks me, "do you want a refund for the WHOLE thing?"
You mean both these two small breakfast sandwiches you made wrong and charged me $14.61 for? Yeah, I do.
Whoever owns this place needs to hire better.

Went to get donut holes for my staff meeting. Had bad customer service... cashier was more worried about talking to the girl that just got there... erased my order so she could clock in & then asked me to repeat it. The staff member in kitchen was not in uniform & had socks & sandles on... which is against health code. We did discuss this situation at my staff meeting.. what not to do. Hope managers spend some time training the employees.

I arrive, give my order, lg french vanilla coffee, and 2 donuts, girl says pull around. I get to the window, doesn't even tell me my cost...Guy leaves the window, comes back, and asks again what kind of coffee again (lg french vanilla w/ cream n sugar. He makes me an iced coffee. I told him again what kind of coffee...He goes back in, makes my coffee...Comes back, and tells me have a good. I ask, what about my donuts. He grabs me 3 donuts, rells me free of charge. I asked, what is the cost of the coffee? Really. I can understand frustration if they were busy, but no one else was the. The mgr, just walking around do nothing. Next time I will drive out of my way for coffee and donuts.

The worst expirence ever. The manager left one young guy by himself on a Saturday morning when it was extremely busy. We waited 45 minuets for a very simple order. Clearly this manager is not very smart and doesn’t care about his job or his young workers will never come back again

Manager is incompetent and doesn't know how to show up to work apparently. Then expects 1 worker to handle a Saturday morning. Waited over 45 minutes on our order because the employee was so overwhelmed.

Donuts are just okay. They are usually very short staffed so you have to wait a long time for service.
They open at 530am, but at 605, they have no doughnuts out., and the employee behind the counter has a huge hole their pants, to display a nice pair of red undies that I don't really want to see.

I'm not sure what kind of system they are using at the store but they NEVER get my order correct and I find that I almost always have to repeat my order when I get to the window. It's hugely frustrating.
