Absolutely horrible I used to love going to ihop now they are slow extremely rude they absolutely show they don’t care about there customers they treat you like your just an inconvenience I had ordered a steak omelet which mind you is almost $20 and they bring me out a damn near flat egg with just a little bit of steak and sausage on top when I brought it up to our waiter she quickly interrupted me and asked “ok and what do you won’t me to do about it “ not a care at that point she took it off the bill and slapped the bill on the table and walked away even though my wife and kids still weren’t done eating and was supposed to get refills on there drinks I will never come back

This place is so clean. They are very attentive to every customer. The food was spot on the eggs were prepared perfectly. I have not been to a restaurant where the servers and the staff were so together and so on point this place was very amazing. I’m very thankful that we found a place to go Where it’s clean. This is not only disgusting, but does not makes you want to eat here. I was visiting the area and staying at a near bu hotel; on Friday we went to the restaurant for breakfast, returned for lunch on Sunday (on Sunday the garbage was still there)!

We never got to eat food. The server got us drinks and served us while talking on her cell phone. My partner and I sat for 20 minutes and was never checked on once. Definitely disappointed in the service, especially because it’s my birthday.

Customer service was awesome,but the food wasn’t good my steak was bloody after I gave specific instructions for it to be well done my onion rings were soggy not fried king enough my shrimp was fried hard on the outside soggy on the inside and they gave me Kraft box macaroni with no real cheese I could have cooked home for this not happy at all because I have ate there a year ago and was satisfied I do believe they also need to renovate and update the place it’s starting to look run down used to be my favorite overall the employees were awesome with awesome customer service skills

Halloween night so a wait for seating and such is understandable. Forgetting drinks and sides is a little understandable given the night but there were two other customers in the restaurant. Multiple of us tipped well, assuming our server, Migali, was having a rough night. But when my friends in the group could only afford one dollar tip, and she was complaining to us openly in front of her and us, I wish I could take back my tip. Calling her nasty things and saying she should tip more. We’re just a bunch of teens and young adults, you’re lucky we have more empathy to tip. But when Magali is nasty to our faces, she didn’t deserve that dollar, plus the 20+ from the rest of us combined. Terrible, terrible service.

If I could write lower than a one star review I would I came in around 11 PM and I know it was a holiday night but you're still working and I expected service, took us 20 minutes to get seated in a nearly empty restaurant then another 20 to even get a drink order then our server magali or what it says on the receipt somehow manged to mess that up. The food was subpar but I guess that's IHOP so nothing crazy there she forgot some sides witch was whatever. I always believe in tipping but when she had the audacity to complain about how much my friend tipped, that doesn't wanna make me tip you more!! My friend tipped a dollar because that's all she could do and I tipped an extra $5 on mine for her so out of like a $30 she got a $11 tip from just us (not to mention our other friends who thought she was having a slow night and tipped a little more) witch is more than she deserves for the atrocious service we recived. You're an IHOP server you cannot expect crazy tips, maybe if you worked at a nice restaurant or put in the work for it!!

Worst service I’ve ever had, she was super rude and took over 20 minutes just to take our drink order when we were the only table there. She was rude to our entire party and missed multiple of our drink/food orders and complained when she didn’t get the tip amount she wanted. Magali should not be so comfortable to be rude to the customers and expect an outstanding tip. Tip is based on the service and if I could tip less than $0.00 I would have. Very disappointed. Magali needs tp find a new job because customer service is NOT for her!!!
