Alright, Jersey Giant, kuddos to you! I recently placed a large online order for myself and eight of my co-workers, and I was thoroughly impressed.
Everyone's order was perfectly accurate, which is a rarity these days. The entire team agreed that the subs were amazing, and it was a refreshing change from our usual pizza lunch.
Jersey Giant truly deserves a 10 out of 10 rating! Highly Recommend!

The workers at this location don’t tend to load up your subs with toppings or meat. Always empty whenever I go in so it’s not like they have a line. Just very skimpy and annoyed if you ask for more. Location on Stadium Drive is way better.

I had an amazing experience with the single on shift employee. He took the time to assist me with a food allergy situation. Very thorough. I was very impressed. Most places treat food allergies as an annoyance and aren't overly eduvated or helpful.
Dietary restrictions: The ham and turkey with cheese has no soy when made as a salad. Hold the oil part of the Jersey Juice.

This place is amazing! The ingredients are always super fresh (which makes sense because most are locally sourced). In my opinion, JG is a definite step up from Jersey Mike's and, as an added bonus, it is locally owned and not a big franchise.
Friendly staff. Quickly able to stop in, have sandwiches made, and be on your way. And the hot pepper relish is incredible!

Always went out of my way to eat here. I really like the subs. Always give the two people behind the counter a 20.00 tip. One because they show up for work, I always thank them and 2 they are usually so nice. I just got out of the hospital after a 9 day Adventure, and wanted a sub from here. I couldn't go inside because of my diagnosis, so I called and asked if they would bring it out to me after I paid over the phone. Nope they would not walk the 5 steps to bring it to me. So sorry Jersey giant owner. I think your employees need a little more empathy for some people. He said he couldn't leave a minor in the store. Well just send them out to my car that's right In front of your building. Just sad. I always liked the place. Customer service goes a huge long way. I know, I used to own a restaurant and just retired from it. Thanks for taking time to read this.
