I am gluten intolerant and can only eat a few places. Every time I come here I feel like I’m in an inconvenience. I ordered a sandwich here and asked for the condiments on the side. The whole thing was put into a box. And I had to make it and put it together myself. They told me that they wouldn’t remake it because I got everything I ordered. But I had to do their job for them. I was even in the store while my order was being made. No one asked me for clarification on my special instructions. Definitely not worth $30 for a sandwich if they’re not gonna make it right.

If you get more than one sandwich through online ordering, they WILL mess it up. It’s happened twice now and it’s super aggravating when you’re dealing with allergies and intolerances for them to mix and match ingredients on different subs. Please pay attention to more detail.

I don’t know what it is about this specific location but it’s like the employees hate working here; I’m ALWAYS finding lettuce on my Italian sandwich even though I say NO LETTUCE. They don’t read instructions and it tastes like my sandwich is being made with bad and unhappy energy lmao.
