25 minutes to get a cheesesteak made isn't the best customer experience. Had to ask twice if they forgot about my order. Place is an absolute mess; figuratively and literally. They need to work on cleanliness. Be better Jersey Mike.

Ordered curbside pickup over the app and checked in when got there from the car when parked at the designated curbside pickup. Counted 4 employees working while waiting over 20 mins for the food and not a single employee connected the dots that there is car waiting at their designated curbside pickup which can be clearly seen from their counter. Had to go inside to find out that apparently they weren't notified or they didn't care to look at the specific section of their system for notification. On top of that, for the price they charge, food was way underwhelming and lacked in portion size. Not at all impressed with my first experience.
