They were unable to use my points or apply any to my account. There was also an onion in the first bite of my cheese pizza. A little disappointed as I ended up having to pay for a pizza even though I had enough points for a free one, took a bite and was weary of the rest of the pizza the whole time eating it, and didnt even earn points for my purchase. :(

Yesterday wife and I stopped by a friends house for lunch . He ordered two Jets square deep dish pizzas for take out. Maybe we don't get out much, but WOW! That was some of the best pizza we have had in years. It was my first encounter with Jets. It is really good stuff.

Can someone explain why a small TINY pizza is 11.65??. Nonsense, on top of that pizza was undercooked cheese was rubbery and parts of the pizza were really burnt.

Not bad. We were huge Buddy's Detroit Style Pizza fans and were devastated when they closed. We ordered a Jets Super Special hoping to recapture the same taste. It was good but not great. We felt they didn't put enough sauce on it and the crust was very plain. We'll come back, but will build our own so we can add more sauce and get a flavored crust - that may help but we still miss Buddy's...

Always a solidly yummy pizza. I appreciate the consistency in both meal and responsible handling of allergens. Yay for the pizza I ordered every time without surprise extras.
We ordered two boats and the dough was still not cooked. It was raw other times that I’ve gotten it. There was no problem but this time they messed up a bit and when we called, they didn’t even give us a refund or remake the pizzas. They kept saying that the manager was not present

We called prior to confirm that my Grandma, who walks with a cane would have help with the pizzas out to her car. Staff said it would be no problem. To her arrival She asked after paying if she could have help, staff said they weren’t able to. Would have taken TWO SECONDS OF HELP… It would’ve been nice to know before hand that she wouldn’t have had help. 77 year old lady had to walk TWO LARGE PIZZAS AND BREAD OUT TO HER CAR WITH A CANE. Horrible Customer service. Do better. If you’re not able to do something that is asked say so.
