delivery took 2 hours and i live 2 miles from the store. food was cold and over cooked, too much sauce on the pizza and the staff is never friendly when i do pick up orders either. if you are craving jets i would suggest the stadium location for fast and quality service, of the 3 times ive visited the romance location in the past 5 months i have yet to be satisfied. it seems as if the staffs has no care for the food and service they display and they are just there for a quick buck.

Any thing I have to say, would not be nice. This was the worst Italian Calzone ever. Ham was spoiled, lettuce rotted and crust undercooked and soggy. The amount of ham and pepperoni was pathetic. Take a good look at the attached photos. The last photo is the rotten calzone, dumped in the trash. The owner should be ashamed of the product they sell.

Ordered for the first time and was not impressed. To start with they need to learn what things crust is. Second 1 hour and 20 mins to get the pizza is a bit long. So of course it was cold when It got here. Well at least it tastes good. However won't order again.

I called to place an order and initially got a robot. The robot took the order fine but slow. Then it switched me to the store. A driver took the call by the name of David. He offered me a coupon for savings and was super friendly and very customer service focused. Always been happy with the quality from this location. Highly recommend skipping the robot and talking to the people.

In the last 3 times I went here, they have had to remake an order cause it burned ( it was still wrong when I got home ) another time they gave away MY order to the wrong person and asked me to wait another 25 minutes to remake .. NOPE .. the other time it was ok but not hot. Yeah ... I'm done ... sub par on all levels.
Got delivery to my room. Put a decent tip on the order. Guy brought it to my room. Biggest complaint is I was charged for ranch and got it delivered all over in the bag. Food was alright though.

I gave two stars just because Jet's Pizza is good. Yesterday was my first time ordering from this location. I was just so disgusted by the long and dirty fingernails of the person that handled my order. This was every single nail! It was very noticeable from a distance. When my food was ready, he brought it to the front with the same amount of dirt... that said a lot. I didn't appreciate the sarcasm either PJ.
