It was lunch time and I noticed the Jimmy John’s sign at exit #72 from I-94. I always enjoy JJ’s and this one did not disappoint. The sandwich was fresh and it was made in record time and I sat down and enjoyed it very much. The staff were very helpful and kind and it made my visit very enjoyable. You can’t go wrong stopping at a Jimmy John’s.

When I order for immediate delivery, this place is awesome. But I ordered 90 minutes in advance of a 12-12:15 delivery time, and when I called at 12:35, they blamed the delay on “a huge backup” and told me it wasn’t even through the door yet, and said sorry for the inconvenience. I get it, circumstances get wild when lunch rolls around. Maybe I’m crazy, but I think my advance order puts me in a time slot for being made roughly on time, right?This is not freaky fast. The unfortunate part is placing this order to fall between meetings, and I won’t actually be able to eat it when it finally arrives…. So with my tip I just burned $20. A little beyond inconvenienced. /update: it arrived at 12:50 after 2 calls to their location and they didn’t bring a straw for my drink. Super disappointed

Taking hot mustard ground mustard and Dijon as well as hot peppers right off of the menu permanently is sheer stupidity. In this day of age when we have millions of Mexican restaurants, Thai food restaurants, people seeking spicy food why would you do that? You lost my business permanently

So thankful for this location. I had to place an order for a party pack at very short notice for a very hungry basketball team. The staff were very helpful and excited to prepare the sandwiches. The team and I will be visiting this location again!!! Thank you for being so awesome!!!

I was going to buy $150 worth of gift card in 7 cards. I said I needed single receipts for each gift card and maid sure to clarify that to the cashier 3 times yet she made me pay for all the cards at once. She then said she wasn’t able to give us single receipts because we paid for all the cards at once. I then asked to cancel the payment but she told me in would take 2 weeks to receive the refund. She then told me that I should just keep the gifts cards without the receipts and I had to explain to her that she needed to swipe the card separately to get single recipes. Yet I left Jimmy John’s without a single apology.
