Everything was fresh, tasty, and perfectly made. No sad desk lunches in this office! And those pickle chips? 🥒👌 Absolute perfection — crunchy, salty, and downright addictive.

First time visiting this location. Placed my order but it was incorrect…wrong bread as I discovered after leaving location. I called to complain and was asked to bring the sandwich back which I did after errands. Thinking I would receive a future free sandwich, instead I was lectured it was my responsibility to insure correct order…will not go back!

It was lunch time and I noticed the Jimmy John’s sign at exit #72 from I-94. I always enjoy JJ’s and this one did not disappoint. The sandwich was fresh and it was made in record time and I sat down and enjoyed it very much. The staff were very helpful and kind and it made my visit very enjoyable. You can’t go wrong stopping at a Jimmy John’s.

When I order for immediate delivery, this place is awesome. But I ordered 90 minutes in advance of a 12-12:15 delivery time, and when I called at 12:35, they blamed the delay on “a huge backup” and told me it wasn’t even through the door yet, and said sorry for the inconvenience. I get it, circumstances get wild when lunch rolls around. Maybe I’m crazy, but I think my advance order puts me in a time slot for being made roughly on time, right?This is not freaky fast. The unfortunate part is placing this order to fall between meetings, and I won’t actually be able to eat it when it finally arrives…. So with my tip I just burned $20. A little beyond inconvenienced. /update: it arrived at 12:50 after 2 calls to their location and they didn’t bring a straw for my drink. Super disappointed
