I ordered a combo meal and they entered it as a #1 Pepe, a fountain drink, and a regular chips.. I DID NOT GET THE COMBO DISCOUNT. I believe they do this on purpose in order to make more money. The Pepe was not as good as it normally is. I will never go into the Jimmy John's again. Plenty of others to are honest. 8/26/20 NOTE - I was wrong as Jimmy John's does NOT have a combo meal deal. I thought they did but looked at a menu and could not find a combo deal. Maybe they did have a combo deal and no longer have it. Not sure.

could’ve walked and hunted a turkey by the time delivery took to get to me. called the store for an update and was told the driver had three deliveries to do. took almost hour and half to get delivery less than 2 miles away.

8pm 12/11/2019 my wife picked up the best BLT's I've ever had at Jimmy johns. After thoroughly enjoying my first sandwich I opened my second and thought maybe the first was a fluke......boy was I wrong. Same consistency of Bacon,lettuce ,tomato and mayo. I actually asked my wife if she ordered extra bacon....."no" she said. My hat goes off to the young lady who prepared these 2 sandwiches in such a professional and timely manner. I am going to avoid the rest of Jimmy Johns in Kazoo and give my $$$ to this store. Thank you guys!! 10 stars

Always love a good JJ's, but really wish the allowed sauce on there Slim5. Got it on the side and it just isn't te same. So for that, I give it 4*

I had a great experience here! The staff is so kind. When I stop in at night the one girl manager always goes above and beyond. A few nights ago I ordered the wrong sandwich and she fixed it with no complaints and was super sweet about it. Love eating here and definitely recommend it.
