We ordered three thin crust pizzas from kalako for the first time and loved them. The crusts were well-done and the sauce was very flavorful. The toppings tasted fresh. This might very well become our favorite pizza place.

This place is an absolute joke. A true parody of a pizzeria. I called for delivery at 7:30 on a Thursday and the young lady on the phone told me it would take double the time to order from the phone as it would if I hung up and ordered the pizza online. I have never heard of something so ridiculous in my life. A true first. I’m embarrassed for them.
Kalako is my favorite pizza place in the area. Everything I have tried has been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thin crust and deep dish are my personal favorites. Meatballs and wings are great alternatives if you don't want pizza.

Horrific service. At some point, it doesn’t matter if it’s a two star, michelin restaurant. If you make people order on line, ask for a tip before you do anything and can’t deliver the pizza on time- 45 minutes late, then you deserve no stars. Even worse,apparently if you pay there you have the opportunity to have your pizza comped for pathetic service- pay ahead, you’re screwed. Never again

Original told it would be 1/2 hour due to them being busy come to find out they gave our order to the delivery driver so had to wait another 45 minutes to remake the order,they gave us a little discount ,but won't be back the crust we received was a little over done as well

I ordered a pizza, cannolis, garlic bread on a Saturday night at 6:39p. I live about 22 min away. My order stated that it would be ready at 7:40p. I started my drive and at 7:34p when I was 6 min away, they called me and stated that they wouldn’t be able to make my order because they ran out of dough. I asked for a refund and haven’t received one yet for the $39 I spent. I would’ve liked to have tried the food, but not sure I will order again. They were apologetic, but you’d think on a Saturday night they’d make sure to have enough dough. You’re a pizza place. Very disappointed.
