stopped in for our families first time in, the food was really good, the sides are generously portioned, and the staff was great even for being short staffed.
Fabulous food! Great Service
Horrible food! Flavorless, lukewarm and basic, at best. We ordered a sandwich with slaw and pickles that came with nothing but meat and the bun. The “Mac & cheese “ is nothing more than boxed mac and cheese. Their service is also slow and unimpressive. Won’t be spending another dime here!
Thrilled I found my bbq place up here, I loved the pulled pork, collard greens were fresh not canned the cheesy pimento taters were delicious and the corn bread was so good
Honestly, I haven’t had anything I don’t love from here. All the sauces are great. The people are great. The size of the selections for the price are a steal.
This place is a joke. We ordered DoorDash. The food came falling out of poorly wrapped tin foil inside a white carton. At least a half a cup of "juice" from the meats had leaked out of the boxes and were pooled up in the bottom of the bag. The Mac and cheese was absolutely awful and they sent all the sides in these little tiny containers that are about 1/3 of the size as the ones pictured with their food. They sent two small cups of sauce when we ordered three large full meat
absolutely LOVE everything we get at Kelvin and Co. Always fresh food and great tasting.
I purchased the combo for 2 and paid 28 dollars for it and when it got here it came in one regular sized styrofoam container... For 2 people... In one container... There was barely any food in there... Very displeased...
Small place nice atmosphere good food

Always real good, with a friendly staff, and reasonably priced.
We first had Kelvin at the AudioTree music festival last fall, and knew it was must-have in our next trip! We stopped in during the heatwave and had a great meal. We did the combo for two with chicken and brisket, cornbread and beans. The staff was working so hard in the HOT weather! Ordering went smoothly, and choosing up to 4 sauce options was the only hard part- there were so many that sounded good. Fast service, clean restaurant with nice seating. Love the vibe and the food!! Worth the drive!
Sorry to post for Kazoo, but trip advisor needs to add the GR site which is great. Will remain a go to stop for years ahead.
Now located on the west-side of Kalamazoo, Kelvin and Co continues to make the best BBQ in Kalamazoo. We had the ribs, brisket and pulled pork and all were wonderful. You can get it as a sandwich, salad or plate. Pulled chicken and sausage also available. Great sides too including collard greens and mac n cheese. Their ribs even won Ribfest 2018 against national competition!
I was recommended by my colleagues to go to Kelvin and Co to enjoy a real American Barbecue. As I came in the US for the very first time (I am from Belgium...), I could not miss the opportunity! So I tested the Co Combo. Very tasty, jucy and flavoury meatsI absolutely did not regret the time I spent there. Special mentions to the personal, really sympathetic and helpful! I for sure be back there on my next visit!
