Hands down the worst KFC I have ever had. Got a KFC bowl and I couldn’t even eat it. The chicken tasted so old and gnarly. I also got a side of Mac and cheese and I couldn’t even stomach it. It tasted like MOLD. Disgusting!! Do not eat here. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to stay open.

Preordered kfc meal 3 hours before pickup and had to wait half an hour from time that I had hoped to pick it up. Seems disorganized and not streamlined so I blame management not those working there.

Awful service, the worker with the beard was rude, yelled and gestured to my family like we were dogs when the order was ready, and handled our food with his bare hands. The chicken was dry and unseasoned. The staff never gave me the receipt and forgot multiple items on our order. When we asked for them they offer no apologies. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have repeatedly tried to use this location, as well as other KFC‘s, they have lost the ability to provide service to their customers, and they routinely provide delayed meals that are cold

I hate leaving bad reviews but come on man. Mobile ordered food, the order ended up missing items, was told to come back to replace missing items because they don’t do refunds. They ended up taking 20 minutes to give me a single sandwich. By the time I got my full order, everything was cold, bread, chicken, and fries were soggy. All of this doesn’t even include the increasing number of flies scattered throughout the restaurant. I sat in the drive through behind 5 cars just to be told when it was my turn that I needed to come inside and wait for that line too. The staff don’t seem to understand the concept of putting on somewhat of a happy face when interacting with customers. As I’m writing this I’m watching orders be made by employees without gloves, with 2 flies that won’t stay off my legs. Very unfortunate because of the potential this spot could have.
Was told I couldn't get white meat family meal for less then 35 dollars. Got the 20$ 7 piece family meal and only got 6 pieces of chicken asked for honey and only got 3 packets. The blonde drive-through worker was rude and sarcastic. Would not recommend going here.problem why their drive-through is always open.

Yikes I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Ended up ordering a pickup online through their website. I arrived after the website said the food would be ready and when I pulled up it still wasn’t ready because apparently it would have been another 20 minute wait for what I actually ordered. The food somehow STILL came out cold I don’t even understand that. The food was super soggy and cold. We tried their bbq sauce chicken meal which the sauce is good but saturated chicken that they seal in a plastic box makes for a terrible texture. Had to pay for sauces I already paid for with the meal because they forgot it. Super weird. Took a chance because they brought back the honey bbq sauce. Will not be coming back not worth it.

I’ve had KFC in almost every part of the world—Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the USA but I’ve never experienced anything like what’s served at the Kalamazoo, Westnedge Ave location. The chicken is consistently not fresh and often tastes as if it’s been refried from leftovers.
I’ve visited this branch for over five years, hoping for improvement, but the quality has remained the same. Each time, I end up throwing the food away. Today will likely be my last visit. Honestly, it doesn’t even taste like KFC it’s completely different from every other location I’ve tried.
I truly wonder whether health inspectors ever visit this place, because the standards here seem far below what one would expect from KFC.

Re-discovering the restaurant formerly known as Kentucky Fried Chicken was a pleasure. For my money, Original Recipe is still the best-tasting fried chicken out there - no sauce needed!
