Kitty Hawk Cafe & Seating

Had to ask someone where the cafe was because I didn’t see signage saying it was upstairs.

Ordered a smash burger with cheese and bacon, combo. There was a 2nd person helping the cashier, she only agreed the combo comes with a cookie after I mentioned the sign says it comes with one.

They brought my food out, burger was warm at best. No bacon even though the slip said as much. Pointed it out, was told they ran out of bacon after she was just gonna leave it.

She offered a replacement, I asked for a refund, she said they could do that. Then after half my burger was gone she came back out - here’s your bacon.

Why pretend the meal doesn’t come with the cookie when all the menus say it does?
Burger passed several points with nobody verifying the food was correct.
Was initially incorrectly told bacon was out so I ate half the burger.

I’ll probably give another chance next time I visit the Air Zoo, but my expectations are low.

Definitely worth eating lunch here if you visit, they make nice toasted sandwiches. Reasonably priced as well.

My wife and I came in and Adam was ourvservice person ( took our order and made our food)
The smash burger and fries with a cookie was $10 and so good! Im surprised how good it is!! Above how good the food is, and how cheap it is, the best part was the service! Adam was so nice and took our order and said please and thank you a million times and brought our food out to us. Im sure working in a little cafe above the Air Zoo could probably get boring, but Adam had pep in his step and made us feel so welcome 🤗!!! Thank You Adam!!!!

The Cafe has delicious food at fair prices. Burgers were juicy, fries were super fresh, hotdogs were perfect. Fountain drinks and bottled drinks available. We bought 2 temperature changing cups as a souvenir. The food is brought to your table. Plenty of tables and chairs. The lights have cute fixtures. Wonderful service with a smile. The second floor has wonderful view of museum floor which has elevator accessibility.

Good food and good prices

A cafe at the Air Zoo museum that offers a limited hot menu (burger and fries type fare) as well as snacks and drinks. You cannot beat the view of the mezzanine seating area.

It’s a fantastic little joint, the sidewinder fries are delicious! And the people are wonderful. And of course, you can’t beat the aesthetic!

If you want to know what kids eat for lunch at inner city schools. This is the place. Allergic to food, you will have a reaction. They don’t separate thing. They are not equipped to be a cafe. More of a street vendor with three options.

I didn't know until recently that you can eat at the cafe without paying the entrance fee for the museum. Ordered bacon burger with fries and it was amazing! It is definitely in the running for the best burger in town. It isn't cheap but nothing really is any more. Atmosphere can't be beat. Sat at a table near the wall on the balcony and enjoyed the museum offerings while we ate. will def go back.

We met family and had a wonderful visit.

Burger and fries were excellent! Service was awesome! I can't wait to return!
