Stopped for a quick meal before a movie. The food was great, especially the ramen which was delicious. The service could be better.
Sushi was good. Service could be better.
Just ordered Shrimp Yaki Soba from here….I am highly DISAPPOINTED the food had ZERO flavor. It didn’t have no seasoning on it not even salt. I was dissatisfied by the quality of the food. It suppose to be my pre-tattoo meal, but I would have rather starved than wasted my money on flavorless food.
And no I didn’t finish it because it was that nasty.
First time going here after passing it so many times. The outside isn't very inviting so I was surprised at how nice it is inside. The hibachi was excellent and the service top notch. Looking forward to dining here again!
We went here a couple times. The first time was good. The chef did some cool tricks with the food and flames and the food was good. The second time there weren't any tricks performed and the food was off. My husband ordered the filet mignon and it tasted old and spoiled, and caused him digestive issues. It was so bad that the spoiled taste got into the veggie side dish since the veggies were cooked over the area after the meat. Also the shrimp was really overcooked. If you're spending a lot of money, then the ingredients should be pristine, definitely not spoiled. Also, they stopped serving the ginger sauce.
Looks good but we didn't actually eat here 18% gratuity added to your bill when eating Hibachi. Went somewhere else.

I came here to place a to-go order. The girl (high school age) who took my order was amazing! We had such a great conversation, I couldn’t even tell you how long I waited for my food. She is very personable for someone her age. You’re lucky to have her on staff.
The food was great as always ♥️

I recently celebrated my birthday at Kumo Hibachi and Sushi, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The food was phenomenal, as always; fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hospitality was top-notch, making the entire experience even more special. The staff went out of their way to ensure a memorable evening, not just for me but for all the patrons around. It’s one of my favorite go-to spots for a reason, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for delicious sushi and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Kumo used to be a good place to go to but the service my party and I received was less than poor. My friend Rachels sushi roll was a mess and inedible she had two bites and sent it back and the manager refused to remake it and said she ate it all (she ate two bites to give it a chance) after arguing about it they agreed to take off 50% but when the bill was brought out it wasn't adjusted and we had to send the bill back to get adjusted. The deep fried calamari was disgusting and inedible, and when I brought up it wasn't good we were told that's how it comes. When you charge an automatic 18% gratituty it gives zero reason to give good service.

Good food but the management is absolutely horrible. We were just there and had a good meal and went to pay. it took about 25 minutes to learn that the card reader is down. They came to the table and asked if we had cash which we informed them we did not. They then wanted us to drive to an ATM to go get money to pay or leave them with our card information on a scrap piece of paper. I told them that it was inappropriate to ask for all of our card information on a scrape piece of paper. If they had the old card reader papers they use to do back in the day then that would be different. She argued with us and made it our problem and had no customer service and was very rude. We drove to the ATM, had to pay a fee and came back and paid. There was no apology or anything. There was a line of people at the ATM that was having to do it because they were not informing anyone that their card reader was down. I am not happy with the way this was handled and nothing to try to back the situation better. Will not be returning.

Food wasn't that good, shumai was mushy. Rest of food was bland. Serv was so so. Seated all patrons in 1 section.

As a family Kumos was always are birthday place for over 20 years. Always great food, we got to know some of the chefs that watched our kids grow up. Tonight, First time I’ve had a bad meal. We were seated at a grill where everyone was already eating sushi, salad and soup. Chef was cooking when we got our sashimi….
Fried rice was not as good, veggies have changed and my filet mignon was unremarkable, tough and fatty. Sashimi was good. We will be taking a Kumos break and shop for a new hibatchi restaurant. We’re sad to see something has definitely changed.

Went out for lunch with my family and the food quality was very poor. Family members got sick. I don’t recommend this place.

Good food. Always a great experience. The service is decent. Making my son order off the kids menu, When all he wanted was a side of rice, kind of blew me. But they recovered quickly to satisfy us.
Kid-friendliness: They make the kids order off the kids menu.
