Tired this place for the first time. There's only one guy working there, doing one order at a time. He had to finish cooking an order before he could take our order then start/finish another before ours. Took about 30 minutes from when we walked in, guess if he had more help 5-10 people wouldn't have walked out because of the 30+ min wait time. However, the sandwiches and loaded fries were good but not stellar.

I don't think customer service can get much worse than this.I came to pick up an online order. The worker asked the name of the order, and when I replied, they just walked away from me. A little rude. They then come back with an empty drink cup. Realizing they couldn't be bothered to fill it themselves in the time they were taking to chat with another customer in the lobby, I was a bit annoyed but just tried to roll with it.The worker then yelled back at me for what he felt was me snatching the cup from him and rolling my eyes. Am I supposed to pretend to be incredibly happy that I'm doing the job he could have done? At the very least, workers shouldn't be surprised when they ask someone else to make a part of an order. At the very least, don't try to yell at a customer for being upset by more of their time is being taken up.Instead of letting it go at this, the worker doubled down about me being rude for rolling my eyes and being upset. I've never seen this kind of childish behavior from a restaurant worker. And with that, I just left. I'm not about to tolerate being treated like that, and nobody else should either.I'd like to remind the manager and district manager who will no doubt read this review. Your customers choose you. Not the other way around. You're aware of this, and it's wise to make sure that your staff is aware of it too. If they can't understand this, they're probably in the wrong job.

Great cheese steak!!! But also a ton more options. Staff is very friendly and engaging. They make sure everything is right and taste to your liking. Checking on you multiple times to ensure your happy.

Met my girlfriend here for lunch price seemed high but the portions were huge so worth it. There was only 1 employee working his name is Brian he was great! He made the food, checked up on us and other customers. He was really positive and upbeat and his positivity definitely enhanced the experience we had. The man deserves a raise. Plus the food was good!

One man show ordering and cooking. However for a one man show he does a great job. Fast service and the food was delicious. Had the big poppa which is a Big Mac as a cheesesteak and was soooo delicious omg! Fries were good and cheesecake (Oreo). Grim reaper best cheesesteak hubby said. Was spicy but just enough spice. Highly recommend.

Why waste time with other managers why do you have a trusted manager who is reliable hurry up and start your trade with Mrs. Clarice Haynes she's the best among all. I have tried 12 of them but she proves me right and helps me gain high profit. So why don't you invest with her don't say I did not recommend her to you ,,, all I did was make the first deposit of $600 and I make my withdrawal yesterday of $7500 I'm so happy and excited please and please hurry up and start earning money for the future now I'm going to invest for my children and siblings....... My pregnant wife has been begging that we give this place a try, as she's been craving all the foods I normally love. We ordered a regular cheese steak with onions, additionally ordered it with mayo and banana peppers (as that's a huge craving for her), a LARGE Big Poppa for myself, cheese fries for our daughter, and two orders of Cajun fries. The flavor was pretty much okay. Tasted like something you'd get at the fair. Pretty disappointed that I paid an extra $0.85 for banana peppers to satisfy the pregnancy cravings and did not get them. I was also shocked to find that the LARGE is, I guess, only 3/4 of a inch larger than a regular and $4 more... Otherwise, I just paid $40 for a seriously MESSED UP order. Maybe they're called Lefty's because they know they won't do you right? Pretty sure, we won't be back.

I had a very specific order in the fact I was driving home 45 minutes away. So all the buns had to be wrapped separately from the meat. Chili dog and hotdogs wrapped separately. Whoever was taking the Oder made sure they could do this before I ordered. It was nice having a drive thru since I had 3 kids. I ordered and knew it would take longer. She checked everything 3 times and I did again since I was driving far back home. It was right and we drove home. Got the food and reheated fries n such in air fryer and meats in microwave. They have curly and straight fries. The food was so good and full of flavor and the meat for cheesesteaks was chopped up very good. Super easy to eat. Everyone loved their food. We will definitely be back to order more when we are out that way again.
