I ordered a large ham, onions, and mushrooms and all items were very scarce. The hot and ready with the half pepperoni and half cheezy bread wasn't bad.

It must have been an off day. I haven't visited this location in awhile, not sure if everybody's new or it was just a long start to the day but nothing seemed smooth like the other ones that I go to.

Placed an order online for in-store pickup (ID # 1016463). I arrived at the store at 9:25pm after picking my daughter up from volleyball practice. I was told by "Tim" that they could see my order, but that the order was already picked. I was told that they have been having issues with the automated kiosk system and another customer must have picked up my order. I was then told that I would have to place my order again and REPAY for my order! I was not given a reason as to why a kiosk/system issue on their end was my fault and would require me to purchase my meal twice. I was given a phone number to call and make a complaint. Due to the time, I had little options and a hungry kid so I purchased my food again (in store order # 5005718). This was extremely poor customer service in my opinion.

boy i can hardly even drive by this place or KFC, just s. of little ceasers pizza. my fave:. hot n now pizza w pepporoni. if you get your sodas elsewhere you can save pocket change. u can actually get out of store for less than a twenty. healthuy subway is two doors down. matress & furniture place next door. parking at ceasars sucks. park at the furniture store, next door.
My wife we and got a pizza at 3 and got the pizza and it was not fresh it was bubbly and burnt call the store at 3:00 p.m. never picked up I tried for the last 3 hours to get ahold of someone before I decided to go up there and he wasn't going to get me a new pizza or even offer a refund or nothingHands down trash and the people up there not to no one wears hair nets up there and the place is trashy looking

The guy was leaning on side of the front register texting on his phone while I'm standing at the counter. I must have said, "excuse me" about 4 times, he looked up for a quick millisecond and goes back to his phone.kyle rittenhouse I'm standing there only to get the sauce that wasn't with online order, waiting. I actually started to reach in the box and get my own. LolThis guy who looks like Kyle Rittenhouse then looks at me and said, "Yeah." Yeah? What happened to custom service? And why is your text more important and the line of customers waiting?

My usual practice with Little Caesars lately is to order had on the app because I don't want to wait in case they don't have any of my product and stock. I did just that and when I walked into the location there was a lady walking by behind the counter with two bags of breadsticks, heading towards the self-serve portal. I asked her if those were for me and gave her my name. She said yes. I said great I'll just take them no need to put them in the machine. She said, no I can't do that. I have to put them in the machine. I said why? I'm right here just hand them to me. She said no you have to put your code into the machine. We are not going to make it as a society. Do they really think I randomly walked into a Little Caesars and gave the lady the correct name for the breadstick she was carrying, with the intent of stealing them?
