I drove well out of my delivery range for the new grinch meal, they had me waiting 15 minutes at curbside when the order was already being prepared before I showed up, I got 1 grinch meal, completely cold and they decided to skip the second meal and just gave me a medium big mac meal which is usually 8 smth dollars but for the price of 11+!! No option for refund either

The last two times I've been to this location, it was the worst service I've had. I went today around 2. All of the girls who were working were extremely rude and obnoxious. Including the so called managers. They were dressed sloppy and had absolutely no manners. I actually left without my food. I won't be back.

The workers were rude. The lady working the speaker was fine. But once we got to the window the lady quickly handed the food and drink and slammed the window. She forgot our second order, we pulled back around. And she knew the exact order, then proceeded to slam the window again. We sat there because she forgot the second drink. We were nice and said “have a good night” window was slammed and no response.

This McDonalds is closest to my home, it’s the most convenient for me, but unfortunately it’s not a place I will order from again. That is simply because the past 4 times I have gone there, the wait for food has been 30-60 minutes. I’m not sure what the issue is, except that it seems they are severely understaffed. I will say that it does always seem like the employees are working hard. But, I would rather drive further away from my home to get fast food that is actually FAST and also freshly made. If you’re cool with waiting nearly an hour for hard, cold food, then I’d order from here. Otherwise, I’d make a different choice 😂😂

Tried to simply get breakfast burritos and a McMuffin the girl messed up the order like 3 times and then said they only had 2 burritos so I tried to replace one order of the with a McMuffin but she couldn’t figure that out either so at the window I asked her to fix it and she said she couldn’t somehow then I get to the next window and ask them and they told me to drive back through the drive through for THEIR mistake. I just left this service has always sucked at this McDonald’s

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Michigan. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle meal and a man took my order and didn't even use my mobile code. Then some woman, most likely the manager, came over and told me I ordered the wrong thing and that she took my order and knows I got it wrong. I talked to a man and I have no idea who this lady is. I'm in my 40s getting talked down to by someone who is supposed to just take my order. I'm done coming here.
