Not sure why the table markers say "we'll bring your food to you" when all they actually do is shout out your table number from the counter. But othwerwise my experience was OK.

If I could give 0 I sure would. 25 minute wait for a burger and nuggets. Nobody was their when I got there. When I left there were 6 cars waiting.

The employees here are actually very rude to be honest my app wasn't working correctly so it wasn't updating breakfast to lunch..when I asked the cashier at front counter she did not care nor did the manager drive thru times here are very slow they make you wait in both lines while they finish other orders I literally have waited almost 20 mins for two sandwiches just needs friendlier employees and better service food quality is good but that's about it

Gave me the wrong order and then said I should have known that a 10 piece would not fit in that size bag and eluded I’m an idiot. I will never return to this McDonald’s. It is reflection of the quality of people that live in portage

Unfriendly service (and slow, even though it wasn't busy), food average or slightly less for a McDonald's. The place wasn't very clean.

They have poor customer service the guy was very rude while I was trying to place a small order. Location is not clean. And this is why everyone goes to chick-fil-a cause they are ontop of the customer service. Generosity goes along way!!

EVERY time I have went here I have gotten old cold food. 3 times now, I pulled up just for someone to say their computers were down and couldn’t take any orders. They need new employees for sure.

Just a regular McDonald’s but the guys working the drive through at night are always nice and attentive, making it one of the better locations to get food.

Beware! I witnessed our food drop on the floor, and then an employee picked it up and put it into my child's Happy Meal. When I asked for a new Happy Meal, they refused. The employee (Store Manager) began yelling and cursing at the top of her lungs with both of my children present.
I requested to see a manager, and she abruptly stated, "I am the store manager." I had to call the police, yet she still refused to cooperate. She also refused to provide any contact information to the police for the District manager.
If you've had a similar bad experience and are denied assistance, you can call corporate headquarters to obtain any contact information for the manager or district owner of the McDonald's location. We left with no food or refund. And our order was only for $10.00 Beware!!!

Communication was hard this morning. Told the lady 3x’s my number and had to come ask if my order was ready when I could see it was… not bad just difficult.

We ordered breakfast at 10:50 on the ordering machines, we needed to pay in cash so we were standing there for about 10 more mins. Once we got one of the ladies attention, she immediately caught and attitude and refused to make our order. She was yelling at other customers and us. Had a nasty attitude and was rude. Can’t even do a job at Mcdonald’s, would hate to see her anywhere else!
