Came with my kids and had a solid meal.

First time I went there the food was good,We ate in and it was so good that I ordered for take out The following week, the same thing a turkey club sandwich and it was terrible. The lettuce was wilted. The turkey was taste like it came out a package no mozzarella cheese on Sandwich only yellow cheddar cheese .sandwich just poorly put together by the lady who answered the phone which claim she was the one who made the sandwich that was not anything to be proud of. for the price of the sandwich. It should’ve been made much better and as the Description say it and I felt very uncomfortable When I came to order for takeout, what is it because of who I was I know I will never go back and spoke with the manager and he act like so what

We have been loyal Monelli’s customers for a long time and usually enjoy the food, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. We recently ordered takeout, and my husband’s fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli arrived with the broccoli noticeably spoiled and brown. He removed it and continued eating, only to find a staple in his food. We were shocked, especially since the containers are sealed when we receive them.

My husband called right away and was told the manager was not available, but that a manager would reach out within 24–48 hours. No one ever contacted us. He then followed up through email, and we still have not received any response — we are now five days out.

This is also not the first issue. About two months ago, my Southwest Salad was left out of our to go order. I was told it could be refunded to my card or receive a credit to the restaurant…I chose the refund, and it was never issued.

We understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up and accountability is what makes this so frustrating. We truly hope the management addresses these issues, as we’ve always enjoyed supporting this restaurant — but the customer service needs serious improvement.

My daughter described the place, as a bar. But, it's more than that. The food is fabulous. I had steak which was delicious and cooked close to perfection. Service was great.
The atmosphere is very noisy. Not a place to have a quiet dinner or a conversation. We met the family here to celebrate a birthday and it was difficult to talk to eachother.

I went to Monelli’s for lunch with five coworkers. I’m vegetarian and ordered a stromboli with green olives, red onion, spinach and basil. When the food came, I took one bite and discovered sausage inside. When I told the waiter, he didn’t apologize or say anything—just took my plate away. A while later, he brought me a plate of chips and ranch while I waited for my stromboli to be remade. I didn’t get my food until my friends were completely done eating. Then I was charged the full bill. When I asked why, the waiter spoke to a manager and offered me a $5 discount. Honestly, that’s pathetic. Terrible experience for a vegetarian and poor customer service.

Never had a bad experience. Go regularly both for work outings and personal dining and always impressed. Great food with excellent variety of Italian and American options. Service is always friendly and attentive, and they have a great selection of beers on rotating tap. Always highly recommended!

We normally love this place however my husband ordered a steak last night, mind you the $35 steak… and he said it’s the worst steak he’s ever had! He only took 2 bites at the restaurant bc he filled up on appetizers and even then said it wasn’t great at all, but when he brought it home and ate it later, he absolutely said it was disgusting, nothing but fat all the way through. And for him to have that harsh of feelings on a steak is crazy!

McKenna did an amazing job. It’s the reason why we keep coming back. Hope they keep her behind the bar. Such a talented and genuine person. Fast, efficient, caring, hardworking. The kind of person you want as a bartender.
