I’m not a review person, but DO NOT GO HERE. This location is disgusting. Place is a mess, silverware was dirty x2 and finally asked for plastic silverware. I got a side salad that was soggy and brown. I asked for a refund on the side salad and the manager put the money back on my card and then walked away. The front register person was also taking orders and then going to sit down and eat, then getting back up again to cook without wishing hands. Whole place is disgusting.

Loved comming here when I was pregnant but recently the amount of food given is not worth the price I always get the pan noodles and shrimp you pay over 5 dollars xtra for maybe 5 pieces of shrimp the bowls used to be filled to the lid like they sometimes had noodles stuck to the top now it's barely half... if I'm paying 13 dollars for a bowl of noodles I want A BOWL OF NOODLES not 40% carrots cause theyre cheap and a couple pieces of shrimp I'm honestly starting to hate it it gets worse and skimpier everytime I order yeah i get it economy blah blah but can we go back to how you used to make them stop with this bidenomics crap please ik it's expensive for u guys to make but I'm paying you over an hours worth of my time in pay and I still leave hungry that's a little ridiculous

Went in the other day for a pickup order, and had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes past my pickup time. Normally I am patient and understanding, but I was frustrated this time because one employee(young girl with very light blonde hair) was distracting the other employee who was preparing orders, she did not seem to be doing anything and was on her phone while the other three employees were working(one in the back, one cleaning, one preparing orders). She also set her phone down on the food prep surface, which is a pretty big food safety no-no, considering how many people use their phones on the toilet... Yuck!

I Ordered 4 Japanese pan noodles. While there I had to have them fix the chickens because the order was input wrong. Then once I got home I Noticed the other two were also wrong. Maybe once an order is complete read it back to the customer to confirm that what is on the screen is what they ordered. I live over 30 minutes away. So driving there and home just to have my food wrong is quite disheartening. I hope they take some time and train their employees to have a little more consideration for the customers and their orders.
I got 2 of the pasta Fresca so I could have one for lunch tomorrow at work, and it is so dry, and the noodles are not cooked all the way. I substituted zucchini for tomatoes but I have very little onions and absolutely no spinach. Plus it was supposed to come with Parmesan cheese and it didn’t. Very disappointed! I’ve never had a problem until today.
