I'm putting this place on my Double Secret Probation list. Arrived at approximately 6:30pm on a Tuesday to a nearly empty restaurant. Only one other party was dining. Not a good sign. The food arrived promptly. I ordered the chopped salad. Thinking that a $12 dinner salad would be substantial, I was surprised with what normally would be a half salad with some of the lettuce wilted and spoiled. Our server offered to have the kitchen prepare another salad, which I declined, since I didn't see things being any better the second time around. The best thing about the experience was our server. She was doing her best with the situation and went above and beyond to try and make up for the shortfalls of the food.

I Was very disappointed. My burger was dry and my onion rings were undercooked. Will not be returning any time soon.

My experience was VERY disappointing. First off, the beer on tap I ordered was room temperature. The glass was colder than the beer. Waitress said they were having problems w/cooler system. Ordered single pizza, it was good but very small for $12. (Go to Blaze if you want a good pizza) My brother ordered a salad, again, suprisingly small for $12 & some of the lettuce was wilted & not even a whole breast worth of chicken. My boyfriend ordered a burger & onion rings. The burger was dry & they had to remake onion rings because the first batch was doughy. For the prices they charge, it was not worth it.

Good place to get a delicious pizza and some beers. Happy hour has some good deals. Wings are not that great though and service can be very slow at times. Do sign up for birthday rewards. You get $17 towards a pizza. Plus my server even brought us out dessert for free as well.

Started going here regularly with friends over the past few months. The wait staff are mainly friendly, though spread thin so often times there's a gap between check ins. There's also confusion amongst staff about specials and pricing with happy hour, we've been told and charged different things each week in. Food is alright, it's par with someplace like Applebee's, but with more of an Italian bent.

Great atmosphere. Sat at the with very attentive bartender. Everything tasted good.

The food was terrible and overpriced. The cauliflower and wing appetizers were dry & overcooked with little taste. The chicken pesto mac was dry & the noodles were undercooked. I'm by no means a picky eater, but when I got the $48 dollar bill? The food was not worth the bill. The waitress was a good waitress, though.

I was very surprised with our visit to Old Chicago. We had not been in a year or so. My husband and I went early so we caught all the great happy hour specials. 1/2 off drinks and 1/2 off apps! I had the ITALIAN GRINDER A classic combination of seasoned beef, salami, pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage, red onions, roasted garlic & red peppers, finished with sliced pepperoncini. It was delicious!! My husband did a create your own pizza as well as 6 chicken wings with the Italian dry rub. He was also impressed. Only downfall was that our server was a bit slow, the beer cooler for the taps was down so the beer list was very limited and the place was not busy at all. We will be putting this restaurant back on our radar.

We had the best waitress ever!! Cold beer and the appetizers were to die for! I would recommend this place all day long!!

Went on Monday evening, we waited extended periods of time for everything. Getting seated, getting service and getting a check. We didn't eat due to that and went elsewhere, I had a drink instead. Where are the servers, hosts??? Nowhere!!! since the bartender had to do all those jobs and leave the bar. No one told me of the specials which I would have gotten. What a fail on management. Disappointed indeed.

Moved about 2 years ago from Chicago and while the food is decent it just isn't the same as back home. Also there are no Chicago style hot dogs or Italian beefs. Deep dish pizza is quite shallow for deep dish, figuratively and literally! Service was very good.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Always good food and service. For the first time ever we had to wait over 35 minutes for our food. They apologized right away and took care of it for us. We didn't even have to say a word. Much appreciated. Will definitely be back. Pepperoni Rolls were great!!

Great place to watch a game. Super friendly efficient staff. Double checked my food allergy. Thank goodness because they marinade all their chicken in onion. My server brought back a menu and came back for my 2nd order. All our food came together.

We enjoy eating here every so often. One of our favorites is the Italian Nachos but on this visit they were mainly crumbs and not many toppings. Got a thin crust pizza and the crust tasted like cardboard. It was quite disappointing. They do have great ranch dressing!!!

The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because the food was great! Our server(Jake)however, sucked. When we arrived, we had to seat ourselves. So did the couple that came in shortly after. We sat & waited & no one came. The other guest had to go up to the bar to let someone know that there wers 4 people in the dining room who have yet to even be acknowledged. He only served us our drinks. & didn't check in with us until after our apps & pizza had been served. After all was said & done, we(along with the other 2 guests) then had to go find our server again to get our check.
