Ordered crab Rangoon which were horrible. No crab, only cream cheese. Sweet and Sour Shrimp was good. Egg drop soup was bland. A big priced lunch that was not very good. Specified napkins and silverware, but didn't get. :(

My food was 3 1/2 hours late! And there was barely any communication with me about what the status of my order was.

The order was canceled and I wasn't notified. I was billed and haven't been refunded. Apparently they never notified you either. I called them twice and was told Grubhub was notified.
