Ordered over $70 worth of food last night. When the food arrived, it was missing sauce packets that were requested and silverware that was specifically requested. We had 5 people eating, zero silverware. We requested 7 packets of teriyaki sauce that is supposed to come with the teriyaki chicken. We received 3 sauce packets for two LARGE containers. That’s not right. It’s not teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce! So three people got a measly packet of sauce and then the other two had plain chicken. We had to run 25 minutes to the store to get plastic ware and dips for our food and by the time we got back the food was cold. Piss poor. READ YOUR ORDERS!!!!!

I ordered through doordash, so I know the food isn't going to come super fresh but what is this. First offz I ordered half white rice and half fried rice. I only got fried rice. Second, why does the walnut shrimp look like that? I'm guessing that's the honey sauce but I've gotten this several times and it's never looked like that. It almost looked like melted cheese and the shrimp is so pale. And the cheery on top is I didn't get my fortune cookie. I've only been here a couple times and each time my order is wrong in some way and even when I go there myself the food isn't fresh. You can tell they just threw this together. The service is always mid, like they don't really care and they just want you to go away. Some employees are great and helpful though, so it's not all bad. This is the closest one to me and I wish it was better. I guess there's a solid reason it's only 3 starts. Disappointing cause I usually enjoy other locations. 😢

To start, spending $30-60 everytime I come and getting small portions of sides and sometimes entrees. Definitely rather wait if more needed to be made. I eat here 3-4 times a week due to fast food being so horrible for you and my busy work schedule. But it’s getting to the point to where I’d rather go anywhere else with healthy food and get a proper portion of the meal. As well as workers having an incredible attitude and the food being either overly spicy or bland obviously their employees don’t follow the recipe either. One of my favorite places to eat has gotten worse and worse over the last few months.

Usually the best spot for me and my wife but lately i don’t even know what to say and this experience recently kinda sad that I found a huge plastic piece in my food and luckily I super observe what I’m eating and caught it before I could choke or something only reason I’m writing a review is because I live far out from Panda Express wife just works in the area.

Went through the drive thru and the girl on the speaker, who took our money and gave us our food was INCREDIBLY rude. Mariona S needs significantly more training in customer service. Sad to get this type of service when there are so many other food establishments in that area.
