First time ever at a Panera Bread and the last time for any location after today! Call and spoke to someone about the ice tea and that my husband had a chili bread bowl. Told her you got a tin taste which is usually from tomatoes or tomato sauce. I told her it was from a can and she said it was sent to them frozen. But first and last time because of this experience. Kinda 1 and done. Even the ice tea tasted old. Not that I will ever find out because will never be returning but the bread bowls are supposed to be so hard on the outside. My thoughts were you could eat the bowl....maybe with a hammer. Also the cheddar broccoli was nasty....thanks for the experience...never happen again

Came to meet up with family I don't get to see often, my niece & her 2 boys, and both of her grandmothers, one obviously being my mom. They got their meals fairly quickly with there being rhe 5 of them ordering under one order. I did decide to order later & it came out on time as well. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The food here is what one would expect at any Panera. The quality is always good, hardly an issue. I wish breakfast as served all-day, and there is no reason it cannot be done.
Bathroom was not clean that I couldn’t use. Store floor was not clean at all. I was suspicious if food prep is sanitary. Food tastes good. But soup in a bowl and tomato soup were both not hot. Hot sandwich was not hot either. Disappointed.

It was my first time here. Very clean and nice. Very easy to order. There are kiosks to place your order, or you can place your order with the staff. Very friendly gentlemen that helped us. He explained what was in a sandwich I asked about. I ultimately ordered the chicken Chipotle sandwich. VERY good. Pumpkin soup was very delicious, too. It only took about five minutes for our order. My husband had the chicken noodle soup and the Italiano sandwich. He said it was very good. We will definitely be back!! Thank you, staff, for a clean restaurant and a friendly atmosphere. I love the fireplace. ♥️❄️☃️

This review is to let ownership know that there drive through curbs are poorly designed and need serious attention every vehicle going through here are rubbing there tires do to lack of proper design and size. I recently started dining here regularly as I love the potato soup in the fall, unfortunately today they were sold out of bread bowls so I didn't get an opportunity to try one here yet. The potato soup is to die for I highly recommend it. If only it was year round, I also recommended their chicken bacon ranch sandwich It is incredible didn't expect it to be as good as it was and it pairs well with soup

So this will have been the second time I've been to this location on Westnedge and both times I've done an online order. Well I'll get to the store and they'll tell me they don't have the bread I ordered to be picked up, despite having gotten notifications that the order was ready. To make matters worse, the first time I was refused a refund and had to pick from one of two different breads available, neither of which I wanted. This felt like I was being offered the last dregs from the bottom of the barrel. The second time I was given a refund.
I don't understand why the app doesn't match the inventory in the store. And even if that is a difficult thing to do, it is not hard to see that what someone ordered isn't there and then you CONTACT that person before they have to trek to the store.
To make matters worse, the wait times are astronomical, maybe I should have gone into the store but it is what it is. The point is, the store traps you in the line because of the absolutely STUPID concrete landscaping barrier to the right of the line. So if your order was incomplete, you can't even leave until you get to the end. So an already long 20 minute wait just turned into nearly an hour in line because you can't go anywhere.
