The worst tasting Pizza I've had in a long time. Hawaiian Pizza crust was like cracker ham or whatever it was, I WILL NOT GET PIZZA THERE AGAIN. Papa John used to have great Pizza. What happened?

Do you guys not know how to distribute topping efficiently and evenly ? Ordered a pizza with four toppings and topping were spread onto like two slices of the pizza and not the entire pizza also was not cooked properly and not enough sauce. You realize a 5 year old can make a pizza better than this right ? Absolutely ridiculous not sure how you’re still in business. Will be disputing charge with my bank to get money back.

Small papa John's location but the staff is all very nice and its clean. I will say the new Yorker pizza is just a large pizza they cut into 6 peices 🤣 it's nothing special. The flavor was good though, love papa John's.

DO NOT order here. Just don't. You will regret it. Extremely long wait times, nonchalant (ONE) employee working, and barely any cheese on the pizza at all. Its like eating bread with marinara sauce on it.

Absolutely awful. Terrible delivery times. Website is a farce. Ordered my pizza almost an hour ago, I am currently on my FOURTH DoorDash driver. Doesn’t employ their own drivers, out source to delivery apps. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a delivery issue. Last time I called and spoke with the manager, who did seem sincere and apologetic so I figured I’d give them another chance. I will NOT order from this location again.
I picked up a Jack-o-Lantern pizza for Halloween without pre ordering right after the staff had just had a 2 hour wait and despite being swamped on a holiday everyone was not only polite but friendly AND in the spooky spirit. The music was bumping and it only took about 10mins for my pizza to be ready. A great experience that I was not expecting ⭐

This place used to be quite good about a year ago. Since then, I have had several bad experiences in a row that will not allow me to ever return. First time, they had these new "boneless wings" that looked good but we're nothing but trash quality chicken nuggets that tasted terrible with abysmal sauce application. I thought, "Oh well, at least the pizza will be good." Turns out that they'd also put the wrong pizza in the box, so I got an old pepperoni and sausage pizza instead of the BBQ chicken that I had ordered. Threw it all away as it deserved. The second time, I ordered the same BBQ chicken pizza hoping they could redeem themselves only to be met with a pizza that was barely half edible due to how many sauce-less, cheese-less air bubbles were in it. Never ordering from this Papa John's again.

I love the pizza, but NOT when you place an order you get transferred to India for someone to take your order. nobody knew what they were talking about and doesn't even know the menu. You're losing business ?

While waiting for a customers order ( I'm a doordasher) I noticed the workers uniform. I'm not sure what kind of uniforms you issue your employees but I didn't care to see the butt cheeks of a light skinned female there. It looked tacky and trashy. Just saying.
