The service definitely could've been better--it seemed that the staff was a bit snippy, especially after one of them accidentally added beans to our order that weren't requested. The food was good and the price was reasonable.

Where should I start. ?The service was very nice. The ladies who served us and checked us out were very kind and professional.I had to ask them if they could turn the music down. It was so loud, my husband couldn't hear me talk to him, and we were standing next to each other. They baaarrrlllyyy turned it down.Our burrito bowls weren't very hot.There was literally only one other table there, and the place could use a clean-up. The staff was standing around talking. The store manager could help and direct his staff to wipe down the tables, empty the trash that was overflowing, sweep the floor, and then mop the floor. It wouldn't take that long if they did it as people left their tables.It will be a while before we return.So sad to because I love their food.

I ordered lunch for pick up and when I got back to work I found that my “burrito” was no where to be found. Instead they just put all the ingredients in a bowl… So I figured at least I could eat my chips and queso, NOPE the chips were dripping in grease and I found a hair on them as well! Disgusting! When I called the store they said I would have to come back tomorrow when a manager is there. Seems ridiculous I have to come back another day to have this resolved.

The food was good, but if could give ZERO to service and also was VERY dirty all over the place. Makes hard to enjoy your meal there. The girl who took our order was very rude, hardly listen to us or answer any question, she just needed to throw the bowl to our face ? like she doesn’t like her job at all!! ( don’t know her name)

I was in there for dinner tonight and the floors was so nasty and the line where the food was wasn't even clean I was very grossed out. I even seen some customers leaving. My rice was hard and kinda crunchy and it wasn't that busy. I don't know if I will be back because of how filthy it was
I hope the manager I just spoke to sees this. I placed my order while my wife was inside Panera, drove down and my order was ready before I got there. Had to have only taken a few minutes. That’s incredible! Also the food is amazing too. Thanks for all that you’re doing to help at that franchise!!

Family Favorite! Little unknown fact is that each Qdoba is independently run and some have more restrictions. This location gives more quantity, seems fresher and is always cleaner than others.
