Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered Bone in Wings. Menu stated 8 wings, various sauces with Yukon Chips. I got 7. When I brought it to my servers attention. She said they do them by weight, so the count varies. So then why is the number on the menu? I did not want one more wing. I do question the competency and truthfulness of the Restaurant. Probably won't go back

the girls at the front were just standing around and we asked for a table .. once we we were seated , the waitress came up and was rude . was not impressed whatsoever ever .. she screwed my order up by NOT listening to what i said . my hamburger was made totally incorrect so it had to be sent back ... they brought it back and it was soaked with mustard so bad i had to scrape it off ... also i had one small piece of bacon on a bacon burger ... totally messed that up . i ordered onions rings and they were very cold ! told them to take them off my bill and take them back .wont eat at this place again .. bad experience .. food needs to be at correct temps !

Last time we ever go here again. Love the mushrooms' shoom, but the past 2 times, they changed it. I always drink ice tea with lemon this last visit they had small glasses, and after drinking 3, I ask for a 4th. The waiter took my old glass and refilled it, and left the old lemon in it.

Apparently, all the big glasses were not available, but they only had like 10 people in the restaurant.

But the quality of the food went downhill.

We will not return!

The regional manager emailed me and issued a refund. I will check on changes to the food before we return

Ordered fried pickles they were drenched in grease outside soggy and nasty. Ordered another bottomless fries never got server just brought us the bill won't go back

Excellant food, root beer floats and service.

Gina was amazing! Refilling drinks a total of SEVEN TIMES between the two of us! She maintained a smile and perfect customer service all while attending to the bar!! This location is better than Grand rapids by far! Food was hot and fresh more importantly the garlic fries and fries alone are so much better and crispier at this location! The restaurant is very clean as well, I saw waitresses and waiters not standing around talking but doing detail cleaning while we ate.

Just had lunch here with my sister.!
Was a first for me..
Frys came out a little cold, and the chili was like can chili 🤮🤢 didnt go right with my stomach..
The lady who served us was nice!!
Music was super loud as if we were in a club somewhere.! Justsaying, turn it down....

Food was out fast, hot, and delicious! Came about an hour before closing and Jo hooked us up with lots of drinks and fries to go and was great! 10/10 would come again!
