It's a chain restaurant, so if possible, I try to eat at a private establishment. However, I've never had a bad meal here. I'm hooked on their fried pickles and pretzel bites as a starter, always great. I always have to get a chocolate malt too, because dang, they do them right. Although their burgers are absolutely amazing, I like the newer 'Tavern Burgers'. These newer burgers are slightly smaller than their regular burgers, so I don't feel so full afterward (remember the fried pickles, pretzel bites and chocolate malt). They can get busy during the rush, so keep that in mind when deciding to stop by so maybe you can eat there earlier or on off days. Red Robin is honestly my go-to standard, especially if we can't decide where we want to eat. Again, I've never had a bad experience here.

Food was adequate. I was disappointed they no longer have the sugar free lemonade. I told the waitress I didn't want to order a beverage since they no longer had the sugar free lemonade. She didn't even bring us waters and never asked if we wanted water.

Haven't had the best luck with local Red Robin's. However, the Kalamazoo RR was great! Had the turkey burger, fries and 3 appetizers; fried pickles, pretzel bites and cheese twists. They sat a party of 12 at 8pm with minimal wait time even though they were slammed! Our server was there every time we needed something, like she could read minds ?. Will definitely come again next year if we go to the crusaders cup or in town for wrestling states!!!

Ordered the burger with jalapenos, cant remember what it was called. The burger was juicy and had just the right amount of spice. Love the campfire sauce. The server was very patient with us and had a very upbeat personality. The walls are very busy and has a lot of interesting things to occupy the bored.
I haven’t been here in years. I had no idea it’s now a safe place for people with gluten allergies/celiac! Definitely worth adding to the mix of go-to options that keep everyone happy. Food was hot and fresh. Incredible service.
