Will never return. They had a fresh pizza out and another that had obviously been sitting out for hours. I pointed to the fresh pizza but she got me slices from the old pizza and I said no I want the fresh pizza. She refused, saying it was the same thing. I said I'm not eating this that has been sitting out when there is a fresh one right there. She said fine and threw down her spatula and walked away, ignoring us after that so we left and will never return.

I tried ordering via door dash and places order literally at 5:30 and they denied order!!! Seriously??Door dash said order by 5:45 so I did. At 5:53 i get msg that Sbarro declined order.YOU CLOSE AT 6:00!!!!Apparently you don’t wanna make any money

Gave me the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced. I don't blame the worker that served me though, he was very nice and it wasn't his fault. I knew while eating it that it was sitting out for too long and was not fresh, even the soda i got was flat. If you have a senstive stomach, DO NOT GO HERE.EDIT: i got there a little early in the day so there is no reason my food shouldn't have been fresh. I knew it was the stromboli i had that gave me food poisoning because it was all i had at that point in my day.

The pizza was not that great. The crust on the pizza was not NY style thin crust as advertised on their menu. Wouldn't order from here again

Very disappointing. They once had the best fast food style pizza available. What happened? Pizza was not enjoyable or tasty. Customer service was lacking as well. I get that you’re located in the mall but come on. Very disappointed.

Just tried to order the two pizzas for $22. You can get three toppings on each. But was told you could not get extra cheese on either pizza at all... I have done it several times in the past. Guess that's a new real now.. So I will not be going to Sbarro's anymore.
Always the best service and great food at this location! The ziti is soooo good, so are the breadsticks! The pizza is delicious, and the stromboli is too. It's about a 35 mile drive to get to the mall, which also has a well known Italian restaurant out front, but I'd rather have Sbarro. Much better food and much more reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back.

Only get the pizza. The pasta is like gas station food. Ordered through door dash, we did not realize this was mall restaurant we would have reconsidered. The spaghetti was more like a soup our order was wrong we called but no answer didn't get any kind of silverware or even napkins in the bag just not good not good the pizza was alright but even that fell short. Disappointed! The whole order was thrown together obviously by a crew who didn't care at all.
