This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are out of something or multiple things every single day. It’s the slowest service in portage! It’s forty inside and the employees are usually always rude and treat you like an inconvenience. So sad! I avoid at all costs.
I went in to buy a pastry and saw every single one was covered in fruit flies and the glass had condensation. It was a disgusting breeding ground for bacteria. I turned around and left immediately. My friend also got mugged right in front of it and the workers just stared and didn’t help.

Everyone here looks like they don’t want to be here. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk through the door. They don’t say anything at all. My order was taken and then I sat and waited. If I wasn’t close enough I wouldn’t have heard my name. At least let your customers know that you notice them. Yes, drive through was busy but customers inside deserve some attention.

Now here's my story of Starbucks, it's not because of great customers services, recently starbucks in westnedge closed at 2pm Yesterday and would I know why, it's because every time I visited starbucks, after the gym, I never get anything from the store. I tried the drive-thu and that's for vehicles only not for walking people like me. This is why I don't drive and cannot order in person without a vehicle. I tried to order but they can't accept feet in the drive-thu. My feet does not have wheels. In the past, I went over there to do schoolwork, that's a good sign that if i see anyone closing the shop early than that just pissed me off. The food, drinks, employees does an amazing job, I just think the next time I go into starbucks. Quit closing their locations all the time it's ridiculous. I can't walk all the way to shaver road just for a caffe mocha or a pumpkin spice latte. Ridiculous starbucks Absolutely Ridiculous. Now instead of closing like at 10pm, now they're closing at 8pm or 7:30pm only drive thru's. That's Horse Manure. Employees wanted to go home early, where in the hell is the manager has to do with this. Horse Manure, Absolutely Manure.
