This place is legit good. They have a very good staff and they make their coffee and snacks well. We often have to come here when the one on last night shuts down to the lack of staff. Really friendly really good.

This location is awful. If I pay extra for cold foam, I expect it to be on my coffee. The amount of times I have come to this location and they make my drink wrong is insane. Then when you ask them to correct it, the workers give you a horrible attitude. Don’t recommend this location. Go down the street and go to the Westnedge location, it’s way better.

The service is fine.

My issue comes with the Summer Drink. For weeks before recently it was mixed properly.

Now at least once if not twice a week I get my drink and there is white things in the drink. I’ve had something similar when I ordered the summer drink with 2% milk instead of coconut.

It’s always been a smooth drink. Now it looks like it has texture. When I first asked about it I was informed that the ingredients may separate if it sits. I arrive within minutes of the drink being ready as I work just down the road.

As well as I sip on this drink for hours and it has never separated.

It makes me fear that either 1. Incorrect Ingredients or Incorrect measurements are being made causing the ingredients to not properly mix.

OR 2. When they get a little busy they stop washing their equipment correctly and incorrect ingredients are being mixed.

Whichever reason it causes the drink to have a sour taste to it.

I will not be going here any more as this has become a consistent issue and after the first time I don’t want to ask for the drink to be remade. I am on a timed break.

We pulled up to the Starbucks and the screen is off, and then the girl on the headset was extremely rude and cold. She did not tell us our total and so we had to go off of our memory. When we got up to the window, we were a dollar short of our total and she rudely told us and then I said just so you know if she had remembered to tell us our total at the window this wouldn’t have been an issue and she proceeds to say well, you know you can look at the screen. Well the screen was broken/off. You shouldn’t have a job in customer service if you aren’t friendly and can’t do your job. Also I want to make a disclaimer that anytime I come in the morning, the baristas are incredibly kind, efficient, friendly, and I never have a problem with the morning crew.

This place needs to hire better barista’s. She made me repeat my simple order multiple times and seemed angry the whole time. When you walk into the coffee shop it reeks of a bathroom.

I don’t normally go to Starbucks so I thought I would give it a try. I pull up and have a coupon through the Starbucks app, the 3 dollar drinks for Tuesday, I didn’t know it was at 12 and they let me know so no big deal I can always come back around 12, well as I am deciding if I should just purchase the drink or come back in a little bit as it was only 11:30, the worker ask me “do you not have the funds?” Now I normally am very chill but I found this a little rude to ask a customer, if I really “didn’t have the funds” I don’t think I would find myself in your overpriced driveway. I let him know that I will not be getting the drink and will come back, well when I do return I get the drink and it tasted like coffee grounds… little disappointed as I was hearing so many good things about Starbucks but I was very disappointed with customer service and the product.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The service is always great, the main manger is always making sure things are running smooth, and the store is clean when we go inside. They also are very good at making sure I get what I order when I have complicated orders.

If I ever order a base drink the server is amazing and quick and I love it so usually I’d give a 5 star, but every single time I order a custom drink even if it’s one customization they mess it up, they don’t seem to ever actually read my order and I’ve let it go multiple times but now I’m just sick of it, hopefully they fix this issue considering how expensive these drinks are

This morning I got a brown sugar, oat milk shaken espresso. They handed me this coffee. This looks nothing like how the coffee should look or taste. When I politely asked them if there was four shots of espresso in it, they gave me an attitude. Her reply was they accidentally put a small amount of ice so they put a lot of oat milk in it. I politely told her that I would like a different coffee because drinking this would taste like milk with no coffee. When she told the staff, they all looked around at me and gave a big attitude about it. When she handed me my new coffee back, it was basically black with a splash of oatmilk and she said here’s your coffee, then immediately turned to walk away. Didn’t look me in the eye and didn’t apologize once. Also, note I tipped them $2 before them making my coffee. I feel like the price amount of a Venti, brown sugar, oat milk shaken espresso, it should be made correctly. I get accidents happen, but to hand me this milk drink knowing they messed up, instead of making me a new one is ridiculous. Then on top of that when I ask for a new coffee, I get such disrespect and attitude when I was nothing but nice about it. I am very easy-going person and not one to complain even if I get bad service, but this was just absolutely horrendous and I feel that managers/owners should know about this. That being said, I will never return to this location.
