So little tuna yet so many dry onions. What happened to quality over quantity? Never tasted a dry flavorless onion before! Asked for extra sweet onion sauce and mayo but they only put a disgusting amount of mayo. The quality of subway has truly gotten worse. You should just close.

Good afternoon. I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment on April 23, 2024. While I had high hopes for an enjoyable lunch experience, I was unfortunately met with several issues that left me feeling dissatisfied. Firstly, the service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Despite several attempts to flag down an associate, it took an unusually long time to receive any attention. The associate was on the phone during the entire shift and transaction. While she made the sub she worked gloves but used the same gloves to touch her phone and text and call and then touched my food/bread and continued to make the sub without changing gloves and continuing her phone conversation. Secondly, the food quality was poor.
My sub arrived messy and cold (even when toasted) and the presentation was unappealing. I would like to request that corrective actions be taken to improve the quality of service and food at your establishment. I suggest that staff training be provided to improve the responsiveness of the workers, and that the staff be more diligent in ensuring that the food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner. And be trained on proper customer service etiquette (ie not be on their phones).

Slowest service I've ever had. I was the only one in line and it took almost 15 minutes to get a sandwich made. IMy wrap was cold and hard by the time she was done putting veggies on and wrapping it. I hope she gets the training she needs, no one was around to help her.

I go to Subway when I want something quick, relatively inexpensive, and relatively clean. The sandwich maker was v-e-r-y patient with me as I considered all of the choices and finally decided to have a veggie sandwich. She did a superb job of creating a really good and fresh tasting sandwich.If you normally get a meat sandwich and then ask to have it loaded with all the veggies, skip the meat. Save yourself a buck, a few calories, and loads of sodium. A sandwich packed full of veg is so good, you won't miss the meat.

1000/10… I’m 9 months pregnant today and anemic and was feeling like I was going to pass out after grocery shopping. Went over here to get an Icee. The cashier was amazing, wish I had gotten her name. She is the kindest stranger I’ve ever met. Please for the love of god go here. She is the exact kind of soul that parents want their kids to have. She is the absolute most attentive, polite, caring, and absolute sweetest person I’ve ever met. This is all from a 2 minute interaction. She truly changed my view on the world, she is the most wholesome woman I’ve ever met. Please give this woman a raise. I didn’t get her name but this happened thursday the 28th at approximately 1:15 pm. I wish I had extra money but times are really tough for me right now. I’d give her all the money in my pocket if I could.
