I messed up and accidently ordered for immediate pickup when I meant to pick up in an hour. I noticed it the moment I submitted the order, and immediately started calling the restaurant to try to get it delayed since most of the people I was ordering for wouldn't be around for another hour. I called multiple times and just listened to the phone ring before I started driving to this location after about 10 minutes of just listening to the phone ring. I continued calling while driving, and eventually someone finally picked up after about 20 minutes. Of course, they had already made my order, and I picked up $40 worth of food that was going to be cold and soggy by time the people it was for got home.
20 minutes of just listening to the phone ring non-stop without answering it. She said they were pretty busy. Yea, making the order I was trying to get delayed. 2 people working and neither could spare the time to answer a phone for 20 minutes. That's "we don't want your business" levels of indifference. I don't think I'll order from this location again.

I love this subway! I don’t understand why some people feel the need to write such racist reviews. This location is clean, fast, and efficient, and the food is great. They always make my sub just right and filling. Thank you!

Not a happy experience at this location or using the Subway app! The app did not even have the address correct for its own business! 5345 S 9th St. On the app and Google it is 5343 S 9th St The app would not honor the 6.99 footling sub deal that has been advertised everywhere after I went through all the hassle to order through the app. The store would not honor the deal as well. No help whatsoever from the staff on the issue
The sub I ordered was soaking wet! I ordered light veggies on the app and it appears they put on extra.! Worst food I have ever had at a subway and worst experience. Take your chances with the app if you dare.
I recommend not using the app. If you stop in at another subway choose to have it made in front of you.
Normally Subway is an excellent choice elsewhere.
I like to somehow find something positive about a place or an experience. The parking lot didn't have pot holes and the structure was nice and modern looking. Inside was nice but the employees were not keeping it clean. Tables and floors were dirty
Business was understaffed. This alone leads to cleaning problems for sanitary and food prep surfaces.
To say the least I am left feeling cheated and disappointed.

If you want to use the coupons that come in the mail, go somewhere else. The place is run by the 7-11 group that doesn't like to abide by the printed exclusions on the coupons. Basically, if you want to use the "2 footlongs for $12.99" coupon, you can have a baloney and lettuce sandwich and little else. This place has seen me for the last time.

This is the best Subway in the entire Kalamazoo area .. in fact it is one of the best in the county. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the food is fresh. I very rarely am able to put up a positive review on restaurants in the area.. This is one of a very few.

The place is always clean. The biggest issue I have is we get subway coupons in the mail all the time which in the coupons it clearly lists the sandwiches that are excluded from the deal, but when you go to order they refuse to use them on like 90% of their menu. I don't seem to ever have an issue at the other locations I've been to. I'm assuming this locations owner must be pretty greedy to exclude more than what is listed on the coupon. I've also on two separate occasions have come in about an hour before close and they have already locked the doors and two of the employees just sat at empty tables on their phones instead of speaking to us. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere from here on out.

This place was not too far off the Interstate and it was the snazziest Subway you will ever see ?? They even have a drive through! Good food, good sandwich techs putting them all together. Top notch location in 2023.
