The nicest lady just helped me! I came in very unexpected with a catering order that you typically have to order ahead for and she not only still did the order for me immediately but she was so kind even offering to help me carry it to my car. She was AMAZING and so kind. ❤️

Showed up 10 minutes before closing and they were closed. They should update Google if hours are different.
One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to.
The service was extremely slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed careless about customers. On top of that, the prices were unreasonably high compared to the quality of the food. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money and time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Food and employees are fine but their wasp problem is out of control. They have nests above the entry door and drive thru speaker. If youre allergic to wasps like I am you will have to eat somewhere else because it isn't safe here

9th Street Subway knocks it outta the park with a convenient, very clean location, great ingredients and tasty creations at reasonable prices - especially daily lunch meal deals! Poonam and Jess are very personable and provide quick service with a smile despite unruly customers and inevitable busy periods - highly recommended!

Overall, I have never had an issue with this location until recently. I went to pick up an order for my self and a couple orders for my coworkers. I arrived and waited almost 10 minutes to get service which was totally fine as the food was not supposed to be ready yet. The problem arose when the employee told me that he had my 2 coworkers orders but that the order that was in my name had already been picked up. I asked how that happened when I am here to pick it up now and have been waiting for 10 minutes. They said they didn't know and that a man had came through the drive through and picked it up. I told them that I was here now and I have the proof on my app that I ordered food and it said it was not ready nor had it been picked up yet. The male employee proceeded to argue with me about it being picked up for a good 5 minutes before I finally asked what the solution would be here. He said he would remake it for me this time but next time he will have to refund me. How on earth does that make sense? YOU handed it out wrong and think its easier to refund me instead of just remake it? What if I was a sleezeball and had my BF pick up my food for me to come in a few minutes later and say I never got it, so now I have the food and the money?? I just feel like this situation could have been handled WAY better then it was, the employee spent more time arguing with me than it took to remake the food. It would also be helpful if they used some sort of procedure to have customers identify themselves other than by name to pick up i.e. items ordered, last 4 of phone number or card #. Just overall very disappointed.

I messed up and accidently ordered for immediate pickup when I meant to pick up in an hour. I noticed it the moment I submitted the order, and immediately started calling the restaurant to try to get it delayed since most of the people I was ordering for wouldn't be around for another hour. I called multiple times and just listened to the phone ring before I started driving to this location after about 10 minutes of just listening to the phone ring. I continued calling while driving, and eventually someone finally picked up after about 20 minutes. Of course, they had already made my order, and I picked up $40 worth of food that was going to be cold and soggy by time the people it was for got home.
20 minutes of just listening to the phone ring non-stop without answering it. She said they were pretty busy. Yea, making the order I was trying to get delayed. 2 people working and neither could spare the time to answer a phone for 20 minutes. That's "we don't want your business" levels of indifference. I don't think I'll order from this location again.
