This Is Just Horrible They Wasn’t Open On Time And Now I Have Food Poisoning Because I Believe They Didn’t Make Sure The Philly Cheese Steak Was Any Good 😢 I Never Had Food Poisoning Before And This Is The Worst!!!!!!

Did not accept coupon book.
Food selection was mediocre they did not have any side kicks or cookie available when requested. I had to repeat my order multiple times as the server was listening to his ear buds instead of me. Very unprofessional. Store was dirty like the floors haven’t been swept or moped in days. Do better.

Ordered 6 subs online. There was literally NO meat on portions of the sandwich they used such little meat. I have never had such poor quality subway. They also charged me twice and the number to their business doesn't work. ?

This subway is the worst at portions. Multiple times I have gotten a sub with fresh mozzarella and they cut one piece in half when other subways put 2 pieces on. You can barely taste it with one piece. Today I got a salad- which would be lettuce or spinach in a decent amount. They put just as much spinach in the bowl that they would one sandwich- maybe 8-10 pieces of spinach. I would never recommend stopping here if you are passing the one on lovers lane.

The subway is in a lovely location. Unfortunately, the staff/ owners are not lovely at all. I had hoped to purchase a tuna salad with spinach at this location. The lady began my order with a half handful of spinach. I could still see the bottom of the black bowl. I kindly requested some additional spinach. I let her know that I would not be adding iceberg to this also. She looked at the bowl and added literally four more leaves of spinach. It was insulting. When I asked her for some more, she told me that that was plenty of spinach for me. I thought perhaps there was a language barrier. I let her know this was to be a spinach salad with only spinach as the base. She would not add any additional spinach for me. She was very rude and the amount of lettuce In the bowl will not justify any salad. I will never spend money at this location.

Congrats. You have the honor of being THE last subway I'll ever set foot into. The food sucks, the service sucks, the price is INSANE. Used to say "well at least it's cheap" but now it COSTS MORE to eat there. Where did you go so wrong??

I loved the outside seating! Could have been cleaner the sprinkler heads were really dusty and the floor was pretty messy. They don't accept any coupons and lost the business of 2 people because of the policy while we were there.

Rudest employees. Ordered on the app & they did not get the order on their side, I pulled it up on my phone to show order and proof of payment and she would still not make my sandwich. She kept ignoring me and told me to contact customer service for a refund.

Just lost a daily customer! I go to this Subway multiple times a week for lunch and always have issues with the staff. I understand a mistake here and there, but this store is constantly having issues. Once I was held up on my lunch break by an employee making lunch for their two children, who were monkeying around behind the counter. Whenever I call, they never pick up the first time; I always have to call at least a second time, if not more. Once I asked for my order toasted, but they said the toaster was broken, which is fine! Nothing they can help… the issue came when the customer ordering right behind me asked for their sub toasted, and it was all of a sudden working? And just today, I called to cancel an order immediately after placing because I made it at the wrong location and they took three calls to answer. Once I got an answer, I was told there were no mobile orders and got hung up on. I called back immediately, got an answer on the fourth ring, and was then told that they had already made my order so it could not be cancelled… which is so funny because less than a minute before that, they supposedly had no mobile orders! She was also extremely rude every time she talked to me, as if I was hassling her and not simply asking her to do the job she is being paid to do, smh. The food is average when it comes to Subway, but they can be light on the portion sizes. Supremely SUBPAR customer service 90% of the time. Save your time, frustration, and money and go to the location up the street or any of the other restaurants right next to it.

Husband just went to pick up our food order. He called me to let me know our order needed to be made but would not let me know why over the phone. I thought someone had took the pickup order from the area. He calls me to let me know that no one made the order and the person that forgot to make the order laughed about the bread requested not being available. Somehow he forgot to make the order but my status in the app said it was ready for pickup. My husband said the individual “found” the ticket in the tray after he pretended to look in the pickup area for an order he knew he didn’t make. My husband said when he walked in they were already putting food away at 7:21pm and they didn’t close until 8:00pm. I would have requested a refund if I knew what had happened but highly doubt they would have processed the refund correctly if they couldn’t remember to make a sandwich and then lie about making it on the app. No apologies were given.
I’ve seen this store jump from management to management. Currently the newer younger manager has really improved their service. The foods usually fast and always fresh, great customer appreciation.
