I went to go order 2 foot long subways and I come back home to see that the steak was cold and uncooked (even though it was toasted).The girl behind the counter also didn’t accept my coupon because it doesn’t include steak but I read the coupon and the exceptions were only for foot long snacks, the beast, and garlic roast beef.

The store opened late, and we had to wait for the oven to warm up just so the sub could be toasted. The girl behind the counter literally said nothing to me for the 5+ minutes we stood there waiting to have the oven reach the correct temp.

I go here almost regularly the young (indian) doesnt know how to read a mobile order makes both subs the same or how ever she wants. That was my previous time going there.. then went tonight, the boyfriend or someone was waiting outside and she told me sorry were closed. An hour before they close went at 9 pm closing on friday night is 10 pm. And this place asks for a tip when you go to pay gtfoh !! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
