Let me start by saying if I could give it 0 stars I would. This place has the worst customer service I had ever experienced. They intentionally mess up your food on purpose. Worst part is the owner Christopher Omo doesn't even care about his customers and how how his employees treat them. My family and I will never go back there again.

I was charged twice for one sub. Once I noticed it on my credit card statement a week later I contacted corporate. They reached out to the owner and I gave them my information so they could make it right. I never got a reply back and I won't be back to this subway anymore.

I wasn't even the customer. Lady walked in just before they opened. She an insulin pump On her arm. She asked them If they could make a exception and make her some food just before they opened. The employees said no the lady walked away. The employees proceeded to talk about the lady like she was a piece of garbage.

This place use to be great. I understand it can be hard to find good employees now a days. But when the owner and manager use to make me my subs they were amazing. This new crew just does not care. The first few times they made it, it was rough. So I figured maybe they are new or was having an off day. But I have been there 5 times over the past 2 weeks and every time it's been horrible. My last wrap they wrapped the paper into the wrap. I asked for it to be warmed up and it was cold. Also don't get the cookies same thing the past 4 times I have gotten them they have been stale and dry. I'm going to have to switch to the Walmart Subway.

This is not a stand alone store as you may suspect from your GPS...but once located inside the Meijer store it was good as expected.

Was there for ten minutes. No one was there to help us. It was clear someone was there because their stuff was sitting out, but the employee was absolutely nowhere to be found and there was no explanation up or anything.
