shout out to the staff who adjusted their policy to get me 5 dozen rolls to take to the cardiac unit nurses!!! was taking my dad dinner and couldn't let them nurses smell them and not share!!!

We didn't even get to eat there, we came in at around 7:25 we were told we had to wait until 7:56 to be seated, but 8:06 came around and nobody came, by the time we decided to leave it was 8:12, we were told there was an hour and forty minute to two hour wait when we had a reservation, but people who just walked in were told they had a 90-minute wait. I understand the place was packed, but there was no seating besides the area right by the doors and there was only a vent on one side.

Did an online reservation. Got to the restaurant, checked in, but the guy at the counter didn't actually check us in so after waiting for 45 minutes we got put back on the bottom of the list.

Terrible experience recommend going to Logan’s. This place tends to make mistakes and after waiting for two hours tells us they made a mistake in seating and the waiter was rude saying he isn’t going to argue. We just left.

Racism establishment. Came in Feb 19th first time for birthday and it f you’re black and it’s your bday they will not willingly sing the happy birthday song to you. My husband asked multiple times for birthday treatment and was denied on top of that we had Poor food, poor service. Tried again for a second time again and received poor service as well. O don’t recommend! 💁🏽‍♀️

Great steakhouse chain. Last visit was on a busy Friday, but the app made getting in the que easy, and helped minimize the “wait”. Staff was busy, and our server wasn’t “awesome”, but it was fine, especially for a super busy time.

"A too go order" was cold, rolls were hard, not the homemade applesauce I was expecting and no rice. They skipped on rolls. The order was late and I left a 20% tip.😞

The only restaurant that my grandchildren love to eat. The little steak bite meals are filling and a real meal!

Went tonight, 02/15/25, and I must've hit them on a bad night.
The main reason we go here is this rolls. We get there just as they run out of rolls. So I think they had to unfreeze the dough or something, but the rolls were thick and not well done. Just doughy! They were awful. Then I ordered a ribeye, and I've never had a bad steak there until tonight.
I'm disappointed I didn't go to Black Rock tonight. I don't have $40 to spend on disappointment.

It was a busy Thursday night. 30 minute wait so we opted to sit/eat at the bar. Friendly staff. Food was cooked just right. Hot temperature when food arrived. Good taste.
