I order on line and went to pick up and the store was randomly closed and I tried to contact via web site with email. Never received any kind of communication and still have not received a credit back for being charged for food I never received. I have ordered before and the food was delicious but this poor practice in business here in Portage MI. I do not think I will return!

Local fast-casual restaurant that specializes in caribbean food- wraps, bowls, fruit smoothies and desserts. Everything tastes fresh and delicious, and is very reasonably priced. There's not much traffic here, which means they are minimally staffed so you may wait 10-12 minutes for an order, but it's well worth it.

Both wraps that were bought were over-filled with stuff like 2 wraps in one tortilla sauce went all over me and my car because they were soaked with sauce and it was all I could taste. The smoothies were delicious and I recommend coming for smoothies and ice cream but I hope the wraps improve to be reasonably filled and adequately sauced. Way overdone and was not impressed.

Absolutely AMAZING!! I was under the impression that this place was like a smaller smoothie king and boy was I wrong! I came in the intentions of just ordering a smoothie but found myself unable to resist getting the delicious chicken club flat bread! The young lady working the register was so patient and helpful! The other girl making the food did a amazing job making my food! It was nicely put together and tasted even more amazing than I could have ever imagined! The menu selections are endless! I will definitely be returning! Fun vibe! Fantastic staff! And even better food! If you have checked this place out yet your definitely missing out!!!

Flatbread sandwiches, pie, and especially their smoothies are to DIE FOR. Highly recommend!Their staff is very lively and friendly as well, they definitely keep you company while you wait for all of your food to be freshly made! 10/10 recommended, and I will be coming back tomorrow for lunch again!

Man I'm torn because the food is AMAZING but there are a lot of things to improve, especially on the customer service and quality control ends. I've ordered from them twice, and different problems each time. I would recommend 1) avoiding on the weekends, 2) ordering in-person, and 3) eating in-person when possible.1. The first time I ordered was through door dash delivery. They were definitely out of to-go containers. A veggie bowl was put in a sectioned container which was very awkward to use. The ice cream was in a small bowl with a bigger bowl as the "lid"... Needless to say it was messy and a pain and I felt really bad for the driver. But great food so I'll be back.2. The second time had way more problems.I ordered to pickup, but their website sends you to door dash for online ordering. I chose to pickup an hour later, and within 10 minutes was told it's ready... Big problem for ice cream. So I called and spoke with an older man, likely the owner. He was NOT happy and practically blamed me for not knowing their system doesn't state a time. No apology, fairly defensive, and really reluctant to help. He kept waiting for me to talk and I could viscerally feel him wanting me to change my mind and pickup now for his convenience. Really hit me in the wrong spot. Plus his solution was to add a comment next time so they could read the time...but there's no checkout instructions for pickup through door dash, so his solution wasn't even appropriate. He even said they're "the only place" where the full instructions don't print out from door dash... Yeah what a likely story.So eventually he told me "I guess we'll have to waste it" (guilt trip attempt) and remake when I get there. Turned out he tossed the ice cream (probably just gave it to the kids, to be discussed later) and let everything else sit out for an hour.Fast forward to pickup... Total nightmare. They were busy as hell and no one knew what was going on. An employee pointed to an order that wasn't mine and didn't really care to hear that it was the wrong one. Took like 20 minutes to get my order. The remade ice cream was missing a topping. One of the ice creams didn't even get the lid put on all the way, so it leaked everywhere on the way home. To add to the whole thing, there were children (likely the owners, or it's a family business so someone working brought their kids) running around in the back adding more chaos. On a Saturday night!I ordered the marshmallow fruit salad thing both times, and it was a completely different recipe both times. One time had plain marshmallows and tons of coconut and cream mix, the other time had rainbow marshmallows and barely any coconut or cream mix (mostly just weird overpriced rainbow marshmallows). Idk why that would vary so drastically.3. So to wrap it up, food is as amazing (if they get that marshmallow recipe right) as the consumer service is horrible. Plus takeout methods are inconsistent, and ice cream is not packaged to travel. I suspect eating in-person would remove some of these issues, but that's not really on the table right now.I'll definitely avoid them on the weekends, never order ahead of time again, and probably avoid them completely for a month or two to put some time and space between me and the manipulative man on the phone. Hopefully this management gets changed eventually... But I suspect it's a franchise so we're stuck with poor quality control and customer service indefinitely.
I really enjoyed the avocado toasted flat bread. I look forward to trying more items. VERY fresh food!

We visited Saturday and have to say I went for the Dole Whip and left with lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. The food is great, you can taste it's fresh. I got the Caribbean J*** Wrap and chili and loved both. That chili though!!! :)
