ordered one of the iced Carmel apple oatmilk lattes. told at the speaker can't do the oatmilk, they are out. then get up to the window and pay and are told they are out of the syrup to make the drink completely so I switch it to the Carmel w sweet foam and recieve my Carmel coffee with no sweet foam on top from a different person. I then asked about the sweet foam and she said they dont have it and shut the window.... nice way to start my day🙄 won't be returning.

Ordered 2 breakfast meals one bacon egg bagle with plain bagle and got cinnamon raisin got wrap meal extra meat only one piece of sausage if you want donuts ok if you want breakfast sandwiches don't go there

Not a good showing. Canada would be truly disappointed. Also, sweetened iced tea north of the Mason Dixon line is not sweet tea.

I was a little let down by Tim Hortons. I live in Iowa and had only heard about Tim Hortons by Canadian Youtubers. So, when I visited Michigan, I was thrilled to discover that they had Tim Hortons. But the experience wasn't stellar. The donut selection was small. The coffee was good. The service was quite slow for only having a few people in the store. The donuts tasted fine. But they weren't any better than I can get at a gas station.
Walked in to grab donuts and the worker never said hello or even asked how she came help us. We stood by the donuts for 5 mins. She never looked at us or even offered to help. We just left without buying anything. Don't understand why your worker acted rude. We won't come back ever again. Pretty sad can't get decent service anymore. Maybe a couple customers in the restaurant. Not busy at all and we were the only customers standing by the counter where the donuts were. Your worker needs training on how to greet and help customers!

Incredible unprofessional and rude staff members. They mark delivery orders ready for pickup when they are not ready and then make you stand in the lobby while they tend to every customer in the lobby before even addressing you or starting the delivery order. Then when you call them out for their rudeness and unprofessionalism, they are even more unprofessional and smirk and laugh about it like it's a joke. Staff and or management needs to be evaluated.

I don't visit here too often, maybe a few times a month, but it's always been a pleasant experience. Staff at the drive thru are always nice and polite and I usually don't feel rushed to place/finish my order. Definitely recommend the flavored iced capps?
Dietary restrictions: I have to get my iced capp made with almond milk and it's delicious!
