Great cafe/ coffee shop. Stopped in for a pumpkin spice latte and it was really good without too much sugar like some other places. Great service. There are lots of options for various coffees and also breakfast pastries and food. Also ample seating to sit and enjoy.

Great spot to meet friends and talk. Drinks were great. So disappointed in the sandwich. The bread was dry, not much flavor. Being cold didn't help. The workflow can get confusing trying to find your order.

Ordered caffe latte. Service is awesome, staff is friendly, coffee smells wonderful. Then, I tasted the syrup in the drink. It tastes good and I believe majority would appreciate that, but I want NO added sugar/syrup. Just a plain beautiful foamy caffe latte please.

One of my go to places for coffee in Kzoo/Portage area. Coffee is excellent, plenty of seating, and some of the best service at any restaurant around. VERY conducive to a meet up and chat.

Stopped in here while driving across the state! Got a fiesta tofu burrito and it was FANTASTIC. My partner got a mocha de sol and if you like chocolate, this is for you! So yummy. People were nice, bathrooms were clean, and overall good vibes !

I've been to this location in the past. I was looking forward to ordering a yummy dill pickle-- but it's no longer on the menu :( PLEASE BRING BACK THE PICKLES!!!!!! I MISS THE PICKLES!!!!!

Workers are friendly! Generous serving of the loose leaf blueberry hibiscus tea, as it comes with it's own tea kettle if you order for here. Not usually a tea drinker, so take this with a grain of salt-- I thought it was quite bitter and not pleasant to drink alone. There was a station to add honey, sugar, and other accoutrements to your drink, which helped.

I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing and unprofessional interaction I experienced at your store on the morning of June 1st around 9:30 AM.

I requested an iced sugar-free vanilla latte with half heavy cream and half almond milk, as I am diabetic and have strict dietary restrictions. I was informed by the shift lead that this order could not be made. She said that they can only use half and half. When I explained my health-related dietary needs and asked to see the label on the regular milk, I was told that I might not be able to see it because there was a line of customers.

I then requested to speak to a manager, and this request was declined. When I asked for the shift lead’s name, she laughed, closed the window, and said, “Have a good day,” without providing any identifying information. This response was dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

The shift lead in question had glasses, brown hair, and visible tattoos. I will be following up with a call to speak directly with a manager, but I wanted to ensure this behavior is brought to your attention in writing as well. No customer especially one with a medical condition should be treated with such disregard.

I hope this matter is addressed seriously, and that future customer service interactions at your location reflect the professionalism and care your company stands for.

Too loud. Not enough soft materials and comfortable seats.

The afternoon front staff absolutely killed it today! I just had the privilege of stopping by as a first-time customer. The 3 women up front were all fantastic. I told them I was looking for something good, and otherwise wanted to leave it in their hands. The cashier was very warm and friendly (enough to instantly make me feel both comfortable and welcome), the barista was what I could only describe as a bubbly prodigal artist (in the BEST way possible), and the other woman, whom I can only presume was FOH lead (or possibly drive-thru?) was effortlessly professional and thorough while still coming off as genuinely down to earth. I got the instant feeling from them that they truly loved the craft as well as their jobs. The experience, alone, was 10/10. The drink- Iced Dolce de Leche (w/ oatmilk) add raspberry just so happened to also be absolutely fantastic. I very well may find myself back again in the near future, regardless of it being well out of my way, because of the experience alone. Bravo, team- you were all as close to perfect as humanly possible. Keep up the great work!

Just a few pointsto make. Lack of communication. They were not at all busy at 2pm. I specifically requested that I get my cappuccino in one of the ceramic mugs, and the berista put it in a paper to go cup. I told her, and she acted smug and didn't offer to pour it in one for me so I drank it from the paper. When I asked her to reheat it, she said she couldn't do that, I would just have to buy another one. ?
