Sorry but the cost of 10 boneless wings and a drink coming to $20 is just to expensive . Can no longer afford that for a lunch

Currently it’s 8:05 and I’ve been calling since 7:50 to place a simple pickup order for 20 wings. Nobody is answering and I know the kitchen closes at 8:30, so I was trying to get ahead.

This happened last week as well, and the lady on the phone stated “ok well just so you know, we close at 9 and the kitchen closes at 8:30” … it was barely 8pm when we called and I would LOVE to show proof if they need it.

Whoever is working these late shifts and not giving aF about customer service needs to bounce. It’s not portraying the restaurant good, and it’s actually disheartening because we love the food here… but some people just aren’t suppose to be in customer service.

Chose this place based on reviews, no service received. We walked in, sign said seat yourselves. We chose a table, I took the kids to the restroom. Came out and sat back down, waited like 10 minutes, our server never came back. One other table was sat in the whole restaurant. As we got up to leave our server appeared out of nowhere with a weak "Oh I'm sorry". Won't be back.

We went there on a Monday and waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to our table, we ordered our drinks which took another 10 minutes to get to us, we then attempted to place our order for wings and we were told they are out of wings, isn’t this place called wings etc, they are literally right next door to Gordon food service. We left and went to the wings etc on Seeco dr, and to our shock they HAD wings.

Good luck with the reopening.? I see the building repair is still going on today June 4th, from the May 7th tornado.?

It was a seat yourself. We sat and waited about 5 minutes. No one arrived My daughter walked to the front to ask for service then someone arrived. She was polite and answered any question about the menu we asked. I ordered the burger with jalapenos, dont remember the name. The portions are very generous. The burger was very tasty, but I was hoping for some heat. They did put 4 slices of fresh jalapeno, unfortunately it had 0 heat. The fried mushrooms are a definite must try!

Have to give an average rating, Unfortunately at the time they were seriously understaffed, but the waitress did a good job of keeping her tables happy

Food was great. Last time I was here it wasn't very good which was maybe 7yrs ago. Food is much better coming out of the kitchen now. Service was friendly but had to keep flagging down our waitress for drinks and bill. Which was weird because there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.

We ordered two different kinds of boneless wings for takeout. Disappointed to find them very dry, heavily breaded and what seemed to be either overcooked or cooked quite a bit sooner than when we picked them up at dinner time. Perhaps wings on the bone would be a better choice but not sure we’d be willing to try a second time for the cost. You’d be inclined to think that if the word Wings is the name of the establishment that they’d be at the top of their best shot.
