I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

Very consistent at poor customer service.Guarantee cold unseasoned fries after waiting 20-30 minutes!!!! How??! They mix cold food with hot food. Minimum English, maximum eye rolls , 5 plus cooks siting down this is a routine thing . Every visit my fries are COLD.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.
The middle eastern woman at the front taking orders had an attitude and was very disrespectful because my order was messed up the night before. No one answered the phone and I came into the store to explain what is happening and ask for a refund (which was promised to me the night before upon calling about my messed up Order which was nothing of which I ordered) While calling the manager she was smacking her hand across the counter and getting a little aggressive because she didn’t want to deal with any customers on top of speaking in a different language which I also feel is rude considering that both her and the manager can speak English. As I began to leave out of the store she begins talking about me while other customers were in the store and talking about me to her co workers as if I weren’t present at all. This was a $50 order of which nothing was correct. The gentlemen in the back making the food were very polite, but she was not. This is not the first time I come into the store and she’s rude, I will be reaching out to cooperate.

Bought a three-piece tender meal yesterday from Wingstop on South Westnedge. It has so much grease in the bottom/on my chicken I couldn’t eat it. My fries was old and nasty.I emailed corporate and since I didn’t have my original receipt just the receipt on the bag it was nothing they can do for me…..will NOT return
