I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I have been waiting for my food for almost 25min. No ice in the pop machine so they give you 3 ice cubes in a cup. They tell me the reason the pop taste flat is because there is no ice in the machine 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I will never return

when i was sitting in my car waiting for my order last night the woman working was putting on fake nails right on the counter?? i saw her gluing/pressing nails on, and then handling food, and then going back to her nails. when my boyfriend went in to get our order she only had fake nails on one hand. i do nails at home so i know she was probably filing her dead skin cells all over the main countertop. so weird and gross. deranged even

not sure what all the bad reviews are about because i’ve had nothing but great experiences here. i’ve been to this wingstop twice now and both times were awesome — food was hot, fresh, and so good. the staff’s always super nice, and last time they even gave us a bunch of extra wings just because. seriously can’t complain. i’ll definitely keep coming back.
