Very consistent at poor customer service.Guarantee cold unseasoned fries after waiting 20-30 minutes!!!! How??! They mix cold food with hot food. Minimum English, maximum eye rolls , 5 plus cooks siting down this is a routine thing . Every visit my fries are COLD.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

The middle eastern woman at the front taking orders had an attitude and was very disrespectful because my order was messed up the night before. No one answered the phone and I came into the store to explain what is happening and ask for a refund (which was promised to me the night before upon calling about my messed up Order which was nothing of which I ordered) While calling the manager she was smacking her hand across the counter and getting a little aggressive because she didnât want to deal with any customers on top of speaking in a different language which I also feel is rude considering that both her and the manager can speak English. As I began to leave out of the store she begins talking about me while other customers were in the store and talking about me to her co workers as if I werenât present at all. This was a $50 order of which nothing was correct. The gentlemen in the back making the food were very polite, but she was not. This is not the first time I come into the store and sheâs rude, I will be reaching out to cooperate.

Got a three piece tender meal with fries and the fries were TERRIBLE they were soggyâŠand not warm or crispy or any seasoning at all but the three tenders were okay this location always messes up

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.
One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

Bought a three-piece tender meal yesterday from Wingstop on South Westnedge. It has so much grease in the bottom/on my chicken I couldnât eat it. My fries was old and nasty.I emailed corporate and since I didnât have my original receipt just the receipt on the bag it was nothing they can do for meâŠ..will NOT return

WingStop just opened, but it needs to just close! I donât know how you can continuously mess up chicken and fries but they donât miss. Burnt fries, uncooked chicken. This place is a joke at best. I keep trying to give them another chance. But it just gets worse each visit. So now Iâm done I wonât go there anymore. Do yourself a favor choose something else.. youâre welcome..
