This review is ACTUALLY for the west main location because everytime I go to leave a one star there I get "Internal Service Error". Funny how the portage location is also majority one star reviews.I ordered two 10 pc and two drinks online and received ONE 10 pc and NO drinks. $40!!!I go down to the store myself and tell them the issue. The worker lies to me and tries to blame the delivery driver when the bag arrived sealed. He calls over the apparent manager who is watching YouTube or something on his phone while attempting to refund me (he's never done it for online orders he tells me). I'm told that the refund will hit tomorrow morning.The fact that the west main, Portage, AND gull road locations all have majority one star reviews tells me that this is an OWNER problem and not simply an employee one. DO NOT support this resturant.

I ordered online and anticipated a 16-20 minute wait on the food, according to the confirmation email sent, that gave that specific timeframe, but I waited for over 40 minutes for my food. I went into the store 20 minutes after ordering and the staff informed me that they hadn’t even gotten to my order. Just a disappointment in the overall service that makes me never wanna go back.

Was excited to go because i saw good things online but never expected to pay $40 for soggy unsalted fries, dried out, over sauced chicken and an HOUR wait time while my groceries got warm in the car. i want a refund...... do not go here, its a waste of valuable time and money.

TERRIBLE got my order wrong on the receipt, then told them about it and even offered to pay the difference if it cost more. They told me it was okay(assuming they fixed the problem). Waited for about 40 minutes and they still had my order wrong. Ridiculous, never coming back to this location. Do not go here.

I was in there to get a DoorDash order, nobody in there has any clue what’s going on, the manager is clueless. I told them the name as the food sat on the shelf processeded to get cold and stale, this is why they get paid what they do cause the don’t take pride in their work ethic or anything in

Ordered 30 wings and large fries, corn nuggets. Got home and didn't have the fries. Called they asked if I wanted to come back but I am 30 minutes away. Asked for a partial refund and couldn't do it. I have to go in and talk to a manager in person. What a hassle for something they did wrong. I will go in since I work over that way.Wings were okay. Nothing special and corn nuggets were great. Never had them will get them again.Just not happy they fumbled my order on super bowl.
