great place, i love ZOUP! one of my go to lunch spots. Basic but the chicken pot pie and grilled cheese is an amazing combo i love!! Will you guys ever open back up? I miss zoup!!!

Had Zoup delivered. Ordered a Veggie sandwich. It was tasteful but some of the items weren't spread out and I didn't get any Feta cheese. Also, the carrots weren't pickled as stated and I think they weren't necessarily because I couldn't taste them, so I just pulled them off the sandwich. Overall, it wasn't bad.

Their soups are delicious. I tried a sample of Alligator Gumbo, Chicken Pot Pie, Corn Crab Chowder and Lobster Bisque. I ended up buying alligator gumbo and corn crab chowder. Was a tough decision deciding they all were delicious.And the staff were knowledgeable, kind, willing to help. There were only 2 employees I saw and they were working hard.It's so worth the wait and I will be back. Thank you for making delicious food.

Ordered for group at 9am for 12 pickup. Nothing ready. One person working. Didn’t know how to make a sandwich. Still charged extra for mayo. No chicken in salads. No salad dressing. Contacted through phone and Facebook. No manager has EVER got back to us to make right. Blocked on Facebook. The owner must be quite the coward to act in such a way. Poor worker that has to deal with this horrific ownership. Old owner was much better. Terrible business12/20/24 UPdate: Really, this much later you reach out. Have tried Facebook(blocked the person who ordered when messages sent) and calling but YOU never had the courage to contact. No problem taking our money for not the product offered and want US to contact you again. Keep digging that hole! What a joke

Ordered online 2 hours prior to pick up (Portage), order not ready when we arrived to pick up. Waited another 25 minutes. Ordered 2 southwest chicken salads..no chicken, no dressing. Ordered a Tuscan turkey sandwich..didn't have the items to make, so just a deli sandwich, but was still charged $1.29 for extra Chipotle mayo. I called and spoke to the "night manager" shared our issues, was told the oven was broke (unsure how that relates to no chicken, dressing, or Tuscan turkey sandwich fixings). Told I would get a phone call, still waiting! After 2 phone calls, 3 emails, and 3 fb messenger communications (shows they read) I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service. Paying over $50 for 3 meals and only getting the soup correct is disappointing. This used to be my go to for soup, however not any longer. Would give 0 stars if available.
