I worked retail for a long time, and I have a thing for excellent customer service. Not over-the-top exaggerated service - but creating genuine interactions with our guests by speaking to them as if they are just a person instead of the next task in line. It’s more nuanced than it sounds, and also not common.. but most things that leave an impact aren’t. Maybe its rarity is what makes it so special.

I frequent here, and have never once had a bad experience. The staff is absolutely to thank for that, Every single person that works here is friendly, fast, and exceptional at their given duty. No matter if you go early in the day, or late at night, you will get the same quality customer service. I would drive out of my way to go to this particular subway, if I had to.
