I know that restaurants can get busy. They were staffed with enough people. They were very slow. The couple behind me had 2 burgers that is all. After waiting for about 15 minutes they asked how much longer. Their burgers were made at least 5 minutes earlier and just sat. We ordered by app and we received our food well after they left. The cashier was handling drinks and covers without gloves on. The reason I call it out is she was taling cash as well.

Service without a smile..
I ordered from the drive thru, pulled up to pay and was greeted by sole-patch guy. Not a word from him or even a smile. I added to the order and again not a word or even a smile from Sole patch guy. I was as nice as can be, even apologized for added two chills to my order….

I was warmly greeted and my order was taken promptly. The food, Single Meal Deal, was prepared well and was tasty. I'm glad it is on the way between Grand Rapids and Lansing, which I travel between at least once a week.
