We are from out of town and we were ordering some subs to be delivered to a local business that helped us earlier in the week. Spoke to Noah and he was great help with some questions we had for placing an order for 10 subs. He was very helpful and we apricated the guidance and help that was given. We hear the subs were great and we are thankful for the entire experience. If we are ever in the area we will be sure to grab lunch from this Subway.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and got no ranch on my sandwich. I called up there and they told me they typically don't put ranch on your sandwich unless you ask for it and yes I asked for it and still didn't get it so why are you going to offer a chicken bacon ranch and not supply the ranch. The guy acted like he didn't know how to make a sandwich. NOT HAPPY!!

Friendly staff, and the subs are good, sometimes I don't get the bread that I ordered (app). Recently (June 2023) the potterville location stopped accepting the BOGO Free coupon codes on the app. This has forced me to go to Dimondale or Charlotte for subway instead.
