Great to visit this, the actual site of the murder that was the basis of the actual case and movie, Anatomy of a Murder! Lots of details on the case and the filming of the movie. If you haven’t seen the movie, it’s one of the very best courtroom films and one of Jimmy Stewart’s best acting. An exceptional film and a star studded cast, based on a real 1952 murder.
Got into town later than expected but seen they were still open. Ordered the Lumberjack Special pizza, it was sooo good!! Their ranch dressing was thick and creamy and went perfectly with the pizza. If you’re ever in Big Bay, Michigan stop in and check it out, you won’t be disappointed!!
Great food great atmosphere. One terrible bartender if you are ever there and Jess is your bartender/server get ready to wait for everything and be ignored. Every other bartender is amazing. But she is one of the worst bartenders I've ever had.
